Very unprofessional
Very unprofessional. It took 3 weeks to produce a very basic gift box. After emailing SwagPack some feedback on the standard of these gift boxes my colleague and I were blocked.

ZERO!! Absolute thieves, that cannot uphold their quotes
ZERO!!! Absolutely shocking and disgusting service. After weeks of design, negotiations, timelines, we paid a deposit, had an invoice, a quote, and everything else. The second it was all good to go, "they were going to requote us".
Are you serious? Completely dodgy, avoid at all costs, I've never seen anything like it in business. What's the point of a lengthy quote if you cannot stick to your own prices?
Now stuck chasing a deposit back, which they said they would return immediately. Absolutely insane.
Adding even more insult to injury, they are refusing to return our deposit, claiming "our bank details don't work", so they are going to refund us via some magical cheque. Insane.
