****FRAUD ALERT*****
Ordered in November, never received my product. I used fastlane via paypal. They never sent an email confirmation. The items on the site are no longer listed. STOLE MY MONEY

It sends misprinted hoodies and there is no way to return them, do not buy from this website

Had ordered 3 tshirts but I only received 2 t-shirts. Pathetic service, doesn't respond to messages or call. Fraud website avoid at all costs.

I ordered a polo shirt from the website, not only they have a useless and pathetic coustomer service but they also don't know how to manage a business as It's been 2 weeks and I haven't recieved my order. Not at all trustable, don't buy from them.

My order is still awaiting after the payment. bunch of scammers. I wish someone could break that guy's jaw.

The customer service is a waste, I did a mistake ordering there cheap clothes quality from there website not worth order from them at the price I would get more high quality clothes and the scam u be showing u the original brand clothes photos so pls if u see there clothes online don't order if u did then u will get ur order after a month cheap scamter

Totally fake website. They have dual strategy..for indian customers they will ship some cheap crap. This way they have a legal defence..after 2 weeks i received 2 cheap plastic rackets. Sent someone to there registered office
.it was locked. They dont have a gst number. For foreign customers they dont ship anything as no one from overseas will try to recover smaal amount. Overall strategy is to keep the fraud ammount low so people dont pursue legal action.

Pathetic service and unprofessional behaviour...u can't return the product even if u don't like the fit or print.... I ordered a black tshirt with lv print...but the colour is completely different for whts shown...they denied saying that utna match nahinkar sakte...mobile main contrast karke dekho....I mean u can't force a customer to buy ur product

Extremely unprofessional and rude behavior...they cancelled my cod order the very next day of placing my order stating that I didn't ans a call....received an email to which I replied confirming the order...still they went ahead and cancelled my order without intimation..
Called on the number and he was very rude as if doing a favor...not fit for a customer friendly Service...he said if u want a tshirt then place a prepaid order and also said email Kaun chk karta hain

Warning. Scam company.

Ordered 4 t-shirts with expensive shipping to Sweden. Got suspicious when my order was still marked as "processing" after two weeks. Have tried to reach them via email and WhatsApp on several occasions without getting a response. Finally got hold of them via Instagram. First, they claim that the money has not reached them. When I show print screens of both the transaction and their confirmation email, the scammer replies that he´s going to contact his "order team". Then they stop responding there as well. Been waiting for the t-shirts for 36 days now. I don't get a refund either. A classic scam company with a convincing website. I feel like a fool for not checking this fake company out on Trust Pilot before ordering.

Print quality was bad with part of the print missing. Returns policy says money back guarantee if there is a misprint. BUT these jokers have been avoiding all communication - have emailed them with images, whatsapp'd, regular message and called. No response and they don't take my calls. Another untrustworthy company who is happy to take you money and give you crap in return. 

12 october 2024 I payed 4198 roepie (46,72 euro) for a Kygo t- shirt. I would receive the t-shirt in 7 working days. It's now 3 november 2024. I ask a few times on WhatsApp when I would get the artikel, but I get no answer. I asked also by email but sending is blocked for their contact emailadress.

I bought a T-shirt in February 2024. It never arrived and they have never responded to my support email or on their social media. Don't buy here!

Fraudulent website!! DO NOT ORDER..I repeat... DO NOT ORDER from swagshirts99.com , it's a scam site

The wrong quality of the t-shirt was sent - which felt like wearing a thick layer of plastic. when reported they initially chatted with me but as soon as I asked for a return and a refund they ghosted me.

Well, first they charged me $68 and change for two t-shirts, way more than I was told, then they lied about the “delivery in 7 work days of purchase” and there is zero customer service or tracking. I ordered and paid in full on May 21 2024, twice as much as I expected to pay for whatever reason, and today is June 11 2024 and no Swagshirts99 t-shirts yet. I am going to contact my credit card and make a dispute for a complete refund. I also read the reviews, something I regret not doing before I got ripped off by them, and apparently, if you do get the merchandise, that is if they don’t blatantly steal your money, the quality is apparently of poor materials. Swagshirts99 is a scam.

They are scammers ! Take money and don’t send ur order . Beware

They stole my design and are selling it in their shop

This shop is just bootlegged designs from images off the internet, including lots of trademark infringements not just our intellectual property

i can't even imagine the quality of the designs if the images are stolen screenshots off the internet, or if their customers actually receive their goods.

After placing an order (#450818) that was supposedly "Ready For Shipping," I was met with a shocking revelation from the courier service indicating that my order was "Cancelled." Despite numerous attempts to reach out via their official contact number and other communication channels, my efforts to seek clarification and resolution were completely ignored. The silence from their end was deafening, leaving me in a state of limbo with no updates, no product, and a growing concern for the legitimacy of their operations.

The situation took a darker turn upon investigating Swag Shirts' customer feedback, which revealed a disturbing pattern of similar complaints. It became evident that my case was not an isolated incident but rather a reflection of a potentially systemic issue within the company, ranging from unfulfilled orders to a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and rights.

Given the circumstances and the company's failure to address or even acknowledge the issue, I had no choice but to consider disputing the transaction with my credit card company and seeking recourse through the INGRAM Consumer Helpline. It's disheartening to resort to such measures, but it seems to be the only path towards a semblance of justice in dealing with Swag Shirts.

To those considering a purchase from Swag Shirts, I urge you to reconsider. And to those who find themselves in a similar unfortunate situation, do not hesitate to dispute the charge with your credit card provider and report the matter to the consumer helpline. It's crucial that we stand together to hold such companies accountable and protect our rights as consumers.
