Swale Locks had my front door unlocked within 30 minutes of me phoning having left keys indoors. The front door was opened so quickly that I will never go out without locking the door with the key again.

WhatsApp made at 06.30 for our stuck back door and Peter was here by 11.15. New gearbox fitted by 11.45. Lovely job and very reasonable price, my dog thinks Peter is wonderful and is now happily trotting in and out to the garden again. (Times approximate but very pleased with Peter's promptness) Definitely recommended.

I messaged Peter following a recommendation and was extremely impressed by the service provided.
Peter arranged to come over within two days and replaced our front door lock and one window lock. Fantastic value for money, very professional and reliable. I won't be using anyone else for any relatable issues in the future!

I called Peter early one morning with a problem to the door locks on my son’s caravan. He was very busy that day but found time to come and have a look at the problem. I had to have complete new lock set assembly and new handles to both doors. Peter got stuck in and completed the job in about an hour and a half to my complete satisfaction. He works very methodically and the job was a complete success.
I can only thank him for his efforts and he will be called again without doubt should I have any problems with windows, doors or locks.

Peter from Swale Locks was amazing - 10/10. Great to also be able to support local business. I’d called in the early hours, after discovering our front door lock was jammed when going up to bed (meaning we couldn’t lock our front door). We had a very near miss just before getting through to Peter - with an extremely dodgy ‘locksmith’ (that I managed to cancel before being scammed). We had called multiple other ‘24 hour’ locksmiths which no joy. Eventually we found Peter who answered right away, he was polite, friendly and reassuring. He took the time to ask questions over the phone and understand what might be the issue and provide an idea of costs.

No call out fee and clearly knowledgeable and experienced. Peter arrived within 30 mins and was a welcome face after our earlier debacle. He assessed the issue and resolved it within the hour. Peter needed to change our lock entirely due to the issue and provided us with 5/6 spare keys. He even oiled our noisy door hinges, and screwed down our threshold / sill that had come loose! We paid £150 total which for out of hours and the level of service - we were very happy to pay!

I just wished we could’ve tipped him but our dog is due an operation tomorrow so money is tight this month (so a broken door lock was just what we didn’t need)!

I’m not someone who gives a glowing review easily but I had to for Peter - he was extremely professional, efficient and friendly. Highly recommend. Thank you Peter! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
