Swanation 

Like everyone else, I was convinced I had ordered the whole scrubbing kit. I now have a set of 3 brushes and nothing to use them on.

And yes, the website has disappeared...

Having read the terrible reviews I felt compelled to write my honest, positive, review. I came across Swanation on my FB feed and loved the handbags on offer, so much so, I did something I never do, I ordered two in different colours before checking reviews of the company. When I read all the negative reviews my heart sank and I thought I would never see the products or get my money back. How wrong I was! The items arrived in just over two weeks, very well packaged and the handbags were gorgeous, just what I had hoped they would be. The carrier Hermes gave excellent tracking details too. Would order from this company again.

Not as advertised

Like so many others, wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Only received replacement brush heads. Not the electric spin scrubber depicted in the advertisements. I shall never trust an ad in an app again.

Took 5 weeks to arrive. When queried was given a generic response to wait few more days. Same reply each time. At least it turned up eventually.

I ordered the entire spin scrubber and after some considerable time 3 head brushes arrived today. These adverts should be taken off and the firms looked into.

Received 3 brush heads today. What a rip off. This advert is popping up all the time. I might as well use the old head on my electric toothbrush. Might get a result with that. Bitterly disappointed as I can't bend or stretch very well and I thought this was the answer to my problems. These people need sorting out.

Also scammed! 3 brush heads only arrived today after ordering weeks ago.

Exactly the same as many other complaints. Swanat ion sent 3 brush heads, no sign of the complete gadget. It seems to be a scam. Never again! How can I get a refund?

I bought an electric scrubbing brush set for my bath room and got the brushes only I tried contacting these cowboys and no frigging answer .so please don't use them. Very Unreliable .

I would give this no stars as it’s not a legit site, like others thought it was a legitimate site on Facebook and ordered the scrubber with brush heads only to receive three huge brush heads which are beyond useless. Went to website only it’s no longer there.

This seem to be a scam company. Made my order 2 weeks ago. Nothing has arrived. They are not replying emails and their website is down but still advertising

WHY OH WHY DIDN'T I CHECK THE REVIEWS
The same as everyone else, I only received 3 replacement brush heads. What is the point? Would it not have been easier just not to send anything rather than something that is completely useless? This company uses false advertising as the picture shows the entire product and not just the 3 brush heads.

Ditto. I have ordered 2 x electrical spin scrubbers and I have received 2 x boxes of REPLACEMENT head (brushes) which are rendered useless without the handles. By the way, delivery took three weeks!!!!!!!! They claim that that is what I have ordered. LIE!!!!!! 😡 blankety blank #*?!*# Chinese!!! I thought I was dealing with a British company as the email/web site was swanation.co.uk Later I realised I was dealing with China!!! It appears Swanation no longer exists, their website is no longer accessible. I believe the company is now called ‘magoloft.com’ so watch out!!!! Amazon is selling Swanation Electrical Spin Scrubbers 😳😡 I doubt we can have a refund. I have contacted the BBC Watchdog though I’m not sure what they can do.

The same thing has happend to me too! REPLACEMENT HEADS! Ihave tried to go back into the website but it is always unavailable!

Ordered a spin scrubber from this company. They sent me 3 brush heads! What am I supposed to do with 3 heads without the actual scrubber. Have asked for refund and return label will have to see if they answer my email.

Yes I did exactly the same and got the same response.
Now going to PayPal to see if I have any joy.
Definitely won't be buying from an advert again or Facebook, I have always steered clear before and will do so again.

Absolutely rubbish company won’t respond to any messages or emails say to take a picture how can u take a picture of something that doesn’t work. Won’t issue refund steer well clear!!

Very miss leading I also thought I had purchased the full set and only got replacements heads. Not good at all.
