Ordered a complete set of Scrubber and 3 heads.
Delivered only the 3 heads, no reply to our complaint, now have three heads of no use whatsoever . £20 down the drain. DO NOT BY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Have had the same experience as all the other reviews, wish I had look at these reviews before purchasing. Thought I had brought the full machine, only received 3 replacement heads, no use whatsoever to me, complete waste of money, don't be conned.

Like so many other reviewers I have been scammed and only received the scrubber heads - the online website has dissappeared.
Very angry £20 down the drain.

I Should Have applied my “if it looks too good to be true then it is too good to be true”. It looked like they were selling the whole machine when all you got was 3 useless replacement heads. Anyone got any idea of how we can get our money back?

Recently purchased the Spin Scrubber, wish I could scrub away the company. I used the product and the screws came out the side of the machine. It is very unstable, and doesn’t clean AT ALL.
I’ve emailed the company stating the goods do not work to the standard they claim and are not fit for purpose.I have asked for a refund.
I had a very quick email response where I had to put in a code for the reason for my original email. Since then no response whatsoever, and the hyper links to the Company for their email address and ‘Online Shop’ do not work, well you do surprise me.
Can’t believe I have been scammed, note to self ‘research company before purchasing’.
DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I’ve now researched more into this company, and several others also on Facebook. Well what a surprise the Director selling ‘This will change your life’ type goods claims they are based in China. The director is linked to two addresses in the UK. One looks like a 1960’s disused old building In Essex, and the other is a house in Bolton, which looks more like a closed shop.
The electrical goods are that shoddy how can you know they will be safety tested to UK standards. These sellers are scammers and are likely to kill someone one day!!!

Absolutely scammers. I wish I had read all these reviews before buying. I ordered the spin scubber, much like many other people, and only a replacement set came. £20 down the drain. The website has now disappeared. DO NOT BUY!

I also ordered the spin scrubber and only got the replacement brushes which are totally useless. I contacted them and was told to return them but I would have to pay postage to CHINA! Absolute rubbish and total waste of money

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered the spin scrubber as I only received the 3 replacement heads and not the spin scrubber. Without this the replacement heads are useless. The spin scrubber was shown on the picture with the heads next to it. I paid via PayPal and will try and get a refund from them as I do not have any confidence the company will reply to my complaint.

Cannot believe I have just read all these after opening my long awaiting package with 3 replacement heads in... cant something be done about this company? £20 for nothing. Nothing short of totally disgusted.

just received my order , what a load of scammers suppose to be an electric tractor with dominoes not a bit like the advert , just a few dominoes turn up. suppose to be a birthday present for my greatgrand son next week

Like so many others I got caught by this scam. Has anyone discovered which spin scrubber tool fits these heads?

If I could rate Swanation minus I would. I see I am not the only person to have thought they were ordering a spin scrubber and only received replacement heads!!!!!! Advert very misleading. Have found same product on Amazon at a much lower price. Trading standards will be contacted about this rogue company.

How I wish I had seen this before I ordered from this shower of scammers. I like everyone else received three heads and NO SPINNER. I have emailed but keep getting a computer generated reply asking for a serial number, and even one where I sent a photo of the small package of heads. I will tell everyone I can about these scammers.

Ohhh... I thought my order was just a mistake and was trying to check the website, but now I see I am another naive person that got tricked and received replacement heads for scrubber, rather than the actual scrubber.... What a waste of money....

What a scam, been swindled like everyone else! Sent brush heads with no brush, and they dont reply to emails. Scam, scam and scam again!

wouldnt even give them one star. as everybody else, ordered scrubber and just received heads.

Same as others, misleading advertisement, expected a cleaning brush but received brush heads only. No access to website AVOID
