I would give these people zero stars if possible. I have always used Swanson in the US, so I wrongly assumed that Swanson AU would be reputable also. WRONG. Not only did they take weeks to ship the order, when it did arrive it was missing one of the items. I opened a dispute and have NEVER heard from them. $86. what a rip off!

Spam..!!!!! I ordered vitamins. I didn't receive my order and can't contact the seller.
By phone, by email no reply at all.

I ordered a specific product that was not available elsewhere. I should have seen the signs when ordering - while Swanson took my order, their site didn't say how many they had in stock. When the delivery date was well and truly past, I tried to get in contact. The "send a message" link on the website goes nowhere. And when I rand the 1300 number, all I would get is a message saying "all of their operators are busy". What a joke. But I left a message saying I had read the reviews and on that basis thought the whole thing was a scam and was going to report them to the authorities. Lo and behold, soon after leaving the message I received an email saying the goods had been despatched. The goods arrived today, and are not what I ordered. So it's not a complete scam, but it's definitely a rip off. Do not use.

These people are dodgy as s h i t. Asked a simple question about a product they sold. Told "contact the manufacturer". Umm actually - NO ! YOU find out what is in products YOU are selling and then tell me AND next time ensure that information is included in your website listing. Sent several follow up emails and they don't reply. Told them we'd be filling out reviews against them - so here we are.

Do not order from this company if you expect to receive your goods! My order was partially shipped over 6 weeks ago - 3 of 10 items shipped - & all attempts to contact them have been ignored. I have tried phoning, emailing, their online message system & lodged an online dispute.
They have taken my money & not filled the order. My next step is Dept of Fair Trading (NSW).
They are scammers!

My products never arrived. They ignored phone calls and emails. They are scammers .spend your money with a more trustworthy company. They should go to jail for ripping people off

Seriously guys, i really dont understand why there are so many negative reviews about Swanson on the internet! I have ordered so many times from Swanson and trust me, i had the most superb shopping ever every time i have ordered from them. Affordable prices, reliable deliveries, good product. When i have ordered from other courier services, the shipments always get stuck in the customs indefinitely for days, and its such an awful experience.

I have ordered a “flush free” * niacin derivative (*important to me) and received the WRONG and cheaper product Niacin which causes an unpleasant side effect I tried to avoid. I sent an email and the response was they supplied a replacement product and forgot to notify me. I asked to either send me a refund or replace it with the product ordered and I would return the wrong product.
No response for for over a week so I just sent it back asking for a refund for my order plus return postage. Nobody from Swanson bothered to acknowledge the receipt of the returned product.
When I sent a reminder still no answer. After several weeks I am still waiting for a response let alone a refund. All I can say is never again!

I placed an order with this Company and was interested in tracking the purchase, as some time had elapsed since I had placed the order; clicking on track order I was given a message that this function (tracking) is not available, tried to contact the Company using e mail & on line chat but no responses, Have to admit the person on online chat did reply with, "I will check your order";
this was the last I heard from them. Sent another e mail to the Company stating the above and advised the transaction was now illegal as I had not received the goods and I could not contact Swanson no matter how much effort I put into it.
Finally received a reply that the order was cancelled and costs credited back into my account. Swanson honoured this to their credit, but it took a lot of frustration and the mention of illegal to get a prompt.
Do yourselves a favour purchase elsewhere, there are some good choices on line and far more reputable companies to transact with.

Hi, i received package with liquid all over the box due damaged bottle. Contacted Swanson team 1st by the chat, 2nd by the email and 3rd time by a number they provided on website, left a voicemail and no one get back to me yet after a almost a month of waiting. Won't deal with them in the future.

On 23rd October I ordered 4 bottles of one product and 1 bottle of another, paid for international shipping to Australia.
26th Oct I got a shipping notification. When it was delivered only the single bottle arrived.
On their 'my account' page online, no tracking information.
I wait, thinking must have shipped in 2 packages. The 4 bottles never show.
I email them and get told- oh, it's not being produced by Swanson. Do I want to wait or have a refund? I ask why they didn't tell me this (but have charged me!) and I get told, some items are seasonal. Spearmint?? They say it could be soon or it could be 2-3 weeks, who knows.
This is absolutely appalling customer service. I've had to ask them where the order is- and they have charged me for an item they don't have. Now, if I want a refund I'm going to wear effectively double the cost on the single bottle because of the shipping too. It was only worth me paying the shipping because I was ordering a heap of stuff.
Stay away

I have tried now on three separate occasions to get an explanation/refund for not receiving the supplement I had ordered as well as the "mess up" of the order I received. After contacting the messenger chat provided on the website I was told the matter was being sorted with the manager and that I would receive and answer shortly. After waiting a few days for an answer I contacted them again and was told again that it would be followed up. Again I did not get an answer back. The site has a great range of items but I will not be using them again
