I showed up right when the shop was…
I showed up right when the shop was closing. The lights were off and the two guys were ready to go home after a long day, no doubt. They could have refused to serve me, but they kindly stopped what they were doing and took care of my needs - I wanted to swap my bike for a new one because I had been riding it for nearly 9 months and the rear light was busted. Five minutes later I was on my way on the same bike (new) with a rear light working. Thank you. Love the service even more now.
P.S. We forgot to test the bell. It doesn’t work well (gets stuck). So, I’ll be back.

I visited day before yesterday to fix gear problem. Employee has some worked on cycle and told me that your problem is solved. But problem increased than ago. So, I visited yesterday, new employee has changed cycle and gave me new one. But this cycle is running so hard. So, I have to visit again today. Wasting of my time and money.

Everything was good except I asked for battery change but support team did not convey my request to other team. I used bike bike for delivery but its not going well. Battery health has been decreasing and now I have to think other options 🙄

Thanks for the review Hossain! I'm sorry your battery charge level decreased; if our swappers already checked it and confirmed nothing is wrong with it, there might be some external reasons why the charge lasts less then expected:
- the external temperature influences on the duration of the charge (the colder it is the sooner the battery depletes)
- the level of pedal assistance you are using (on max assistance you will, of course, be able to ride for less kms)
- the way you are cycling influences the battery charge duration as well: when you stop and go you will use more charge (just like it would be for a car)
In general a Power 7 battery should allow you to ride for about 100 km (could be a bit less or even more then that!).
