Staff was friendly and make it look like to me that my request has been fulfilled. Did an application 8n few minutes and been told that bt will install broadband within 72 hours.
I was shocked, but believed in that promise, but trust me, nothing like that. Nearly 10 days, nothing heared, not a single letter arrived

Yep no problem helpful patient mellow voice didn't prompt my anxiety which makes the course of phone conversation run smooth but therefore able to finish the call with a planned outcome. For me this is what makes my world go round calm paso where as I'm able to partake and understand without my mind running off and shutting down I can then complete the ,every day task, granted, for most other people who are unchallenged by this if you will, without running into none constructive errors I've had person's in the past make a deliberate stress and make fun of my obvious awkwardness which sometimes causes me to stutter on the odd occasion, as I'm somebody with a severe anxiety disorder which makes my world difficult to say the very least I.
