The device arrived as described in “mint” condition and included a case which was unexpected. The device was fully charged which made setup and updating quite seamless. The seller communicated quickly and provided advanced notice of when the device would be shipped. Shipped fast and was packaged safely to avoid damages. Might sound underwhelming, but I got this to replace a 5th Generation iPad. It fit the bill. Not happy that they discontinued the headphone jack, but that’s progress. Great build quality otherwise if you don’t need the advanced features of the Pro version. Biggest negative is base memory. There is no reason for 64 GB to be the base memory option. With modern use, one could easily use it up, and Apple products are not upgradable where memory is concerned.

I’m a loyal Apple guy. But I feel it feels cheap . I would stick with either the Air or a pro model. I liked my 9th gen much better.
