The phone is great. Just as advertised, but there is no way to rate the HEALTH OF THE BATTERY. This is because the battery is unrecognized by the phone. At least I can tell that it can take and hold a charge. I can’t attach any pics at this time because my mom is currently using the phone I’m am referring to, but this is not the first time I’ve had this problem. Last time I purchased an iPhone 11 from Swappa I had to pay $100 to get the correct battery just so I could tell if it was charging for me. Please let me know if this can be prevented on future purchases.

Works perfect. Product description said it was in good condition but I can’t really tell if there’s any decrepancies. Probably labeled “good” bc the battery health was at 80%, but that’s not a problem for me bc my last iPhone 11 was also at 80% b4 I had to replace it :)
