This is a great product, but their restriction with international shipping through their partners made this purchase almost 50% more expensive than originally planned, as I was forced to use Stackry instead my preferred partner (who excells at shipping to my country). This is an amazing product, but the value was greatly diminished because of this negative experience with Swappa partners. That being said, I only diminished the product value 1 start, as it was not directly Swappa's fault, but it is that I was not allowed to use mine.

Excellent product from Microsoft. The Surface Book is an innovative device with its ability to be a full blown laptop and a tablet as needed. Excellent screen, top notch build second to none (and that includes Apple's overpriced devices), superb keyboard, the best trackpad on a Windows laptop, and a standout in looks. On the cons, a more modern processor would be awesome, but it appears Microsoft has pivoted to selling the Surface Laptop Studio instead.
