Product I received was in excellent condition but I ordered a purple cell phone and received a black one. I did not make a mistake. ( you did) When you're buying a phone the 1st choice you have is to choose the phones color and that's where you began your mistake . If I want to buy a purple phone. I'm not going to look at a site saying purple phone but we have a picture of a black phone. and know for sure which phone your sending . It's like flipping a coin and receiving heads or tails.

I like this phone - it's fast, pretty, easy to use. My favorite part is its external microSD, inexpensive yet huge exchangeable storage for music, audios, pictures, videos, and data etc., and I will never worry about storage, for which I won't go iPhones.
