I feel confident when I buy through Swappa. I've had issues with a phone in the past, and getting it resolved was very simple and easy. That's given me even more reason to trust their process.

I really like this site and have bought a number of used iphones on it. All of the phones have been exactly as described and the process of reviewing, purchasing, and tracking them have been wonderful. This is my go to site when I need to replace one of my family member's phones.

This site lets scam artists buy expensive items and then try to scam you out of the item and money.

There is no protection for sellers, do not use this site if you are trying to unload expensive electronics sell locally for cash.

All the fees they charge and you can get robbed, with not a word from support!

Swappa is sublime! Charming independent marketplace to buy and sell devices (esp. tech, phones). Bought a used phone at a great price (payment thru PayPal), arrived safely within a few days (and as described, like new). Just lovely all around, couldn't ask for more. Also has plenty of info, verification and anti-fraud of sellers and devices to feel safe. Highly recommended!
