Terrible Experience
I bought crypto from this site. It went through with my bank and it was declined on their side. It showed on the screen that I would not be charged. I was charged. I contacted support they said they said said that I would be refunded in around 3 business days. I completed the verification after the transaction in hopes they would reverse it. Nope. You would think if they have security and KYCs that they would have you do it before they lock your funds up. I highly suggest doing your business with a different exchange.

Refunds never require verification. We first refund and then we ask for verification. Verification is required to place new orders through Swapped, not to get the refund.
Pending charge cancellations are typically immediately issued but the speed does not depend on us, it depends on your bank. Depending on your bank it can take up to 5 business days to return, however with most banks it's immediate.
Some banks also do not even recognize cancellations, they wait out merchant no-collect time. You can always contact your bank to clarify this, but in general we appreciate your patience in this matter.
