Responsive customer service
In gerenal, the computer fits the needs for the work for a Master's program in science. Their team responds to questions through mail quickly (Within a week) and gave helpful and clear replies. I rated a 4 instead of a 5 becase the laptop delievered during the first week was damaged, and need to be sent for repair, after waiting a week since registeration. Henceforth, the first few weeks of the subscription was without a laptop. I suggest the team to give a thorough check before sending out the product to customers, as it was disappointing to receive a damaged laptop after waiting.

Long waiting times
I have been waiting for a laptop for 8 business days now. The laptop I ordered I really need urgently. I did not receive any emails from Swaptop regarding the delay. Only after emailing them they do come back to me mentioning there is delays with Post.nl. To be honest this is not my problem if a 3 business day delivery is guaranteed. In my opinion then please send another laptop.
