We are communicating with our partner about the reason for such a long exchange. So far, we have noticed that you have sent a deposit via a smart contract, while the deposit itself has two transactions.
Unfortunately, such non-standard transfers cannot be quickly recognized by the partner.
Despite this, partner was able to carry out the transaction without deviation in rates, although fixed exchanges are very demanding on conditions.

UPDATED RATING (4 STAR) Lost 3% on transaction even though the price went up nearly 3% in same time.
UPDATE: Swapzone quickly resolved this issue and I was made whole. I have decided to adjust the rating from a 1 STAR to a 4 STAR.
ORIGINAL: So, this hasn't happened before, but when I submitted transaction, the price was ~ 1.07 per ADA/USDC, and it said I would receive close to that value...during the 35 min exchange, the price blasted to 1.15, however my final settlement was ~1.03. This is a major scam, red-handed. I will not be using this bullshit platform again.

Usually faster with slightly more favorable returns.
I think the required minimum on some swap combinations are pretty high; which is annoying if you just want a small amount of a specific token.
However, I have it bookmarked and it's become my goto.

Regarding the minimum amounts for exchange - indeed, for some currencies they can be quite high, so we have recently integrated DEX exchanges.
You can find a new section on our website. There the minimum amount can be even 1 cent.
