I attended 3 day session from Swastik. It is completely change in belief systems and change in patterns. Lot of energy and I definitly improved my energy.

I came to know about Swastik when he was a guest speaker on Ankit Neerav's workshop that i was attending.. his The Superhuman Challenge did open up some very interesting human concepts for me.. how we do perceive life and probably certain things we need to change.. though I may not agree with certain specific points made during this 3 day workshop, overall i have to say that not only is Swastik knowledgeable and passionate about what he does, he did spend time genuinely answering questions and catering to what people wanted.. a big big thumbs up to Ramya and Aashiq as well coz no individual can be a superhuman without the amazing people around him :)

I had a good time attending the Superhuman challenge.
It re-iterated quite a few things I already knew.
But with Swastik telling a way to do it made it easier to follow and probably achieve at least half of it if done correctly and on a routinely basis.

He is one the best self-transformation coaches in India. His 3 days SUPERHUMAN transformation session has helped me shift my emotional state.

Swastik it was awesome session

It was the Nailing up the stresses out of stress

Luckily I attended the day 1 session , as we earlier planned our get to get together temple festival unable to attend day 2 and 3

But things I learnt takeaway is change on physiology sna the state of mind will lead the hitter

It was wow!! I loved it .Once l attended it it just grasped my attention to such extent that l can't resist myself for attending it .l left everything behind didn't matter how important it was .Swastik is amazing . I loved it cause l see changes in me . It is life changing .l want to connect with swastik and his workshop always .It changed my beliefs and made me courageous .

The three days super human challenge has many useful insights to change your life and patterns you are doing in day to day activities
One of most important lesson i learnt here was we change anything with our emotions that our emotion ,body and mind are interconnected with each other even we can't control our mind easily we can control our body to change the mind by doing some physical activities
