We are SWB Boots. We're new to TrustPilot but are a well established & trusted online sportswear store, having launched back in 2011. We specialise in previous season football and rugby boots that you can no longer purchase in mainstream stores. We also stock selected ranges of running shoes, outdoor trainers, golf shoes, casual trainers and kids footwear. Regarding customs charges, these are unavoidable in many countries now unfortunately since Brexit. We do state at checkout that import charges may apply, and also ensure this is stated in the delivery information provided on each product page and on the dedicated delivery page.

I would definitely recommend and buy from SWB Boots again. The communication and customer service was second to none. After a Royal Mail hiccup Alex sent me another pair of rugby boots the same day ready for Christmas. Cannot recommend them enough

Excellent customer service
I bought boots where I should have got a size up. As they were tight, I had to return them. The boots were faultless otherwise. The whole process was smooth and Alex was helpful with the return process. I will be shopping from SWB again for sure.
