I placed an order (#4584) on July 31, 2025, for £191. The payment was taken, but the item was never shipped. The order status remains "Unfulfilled" on their website. I emailed Swealthy and attempted to call, but there has been no response. Their phone number doesn’t connect, and their Google listing now shows “Temporarily Closed.”

I have formally requested a cancellation and refund under UK consumer law. If I don’t receive a reply, I will proceed with a chargeback through my bank.

Very disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through. I strongly advise caution when ordering.

Placed an order and paid for it at the beginning of July and got a confirmation then nothing at all. No goods and no contact. Emails go unanswered and phone number doesn't work. Google says business closed temporarily ? Looks like I've been scammed. Google Street view shows an empty industrial unit. There details on Facebook don't match their website.

Bought a silver octapus wine bottle holder, its absolutely fantastic. It took just 2 days to come and was packed perfectly. The recipient is going to love it.
