Not sure who is fraud!!
Hi,
All recently I downloaded the app and got scammed by one of their vendor to do the purchase it deducted my sweatcoins but unfortunately the website from where I made purchase, is banned in my country. So , I requested sweatcoins company to look into the matter in return, the company threatened me to block my account!!
I am not sure how complaining for something became a fraudulent activity for the company despite of providing the proof of exactly what happened
As neither I reclaimed my lost tokens nor blamed them for loosing it.
It was a simple act of letting the company know that particular websiteis not working in a particular regions.

In principle great however.....
In principle this sounds great however:
You can't obtain actual cash only discounts on purchases which I either don't want, don't need or already have.
Options to enter draws for prizes which you have an incredibly small chance of getting. Or the opportunity to buy gift cards allowing you to "cash out" . If you can get a friend to purchase or want to purchase with that company. Many of the offers to use need you to subscribe to that company and they hope you forget to cancel your subscription and spend money. It's a classic hook . The donation pages although worthy aren't local ones and how does the subscriber know that trees are being planted? Etc. Trust? Even the free spins require you to watch the same qet rich quick app videos of bingo, games of chance etc. I am glad some users gained actual rewards however the chances are few and far between for alot of time and effort. Alot of pushing to upgrade to premuim packages. Beware.

Let me try to address each of your areas of feedback.
Regarding obtaining actual cash, though we have many vouchers and such up for grabs in our influencers marketplace and our prize draws, we have never and will never claim to pay our users in real cash for their steps. We reward our users by giving them access to rewards which they can purchase with their steps alone. If you saw something differently, please do contact us at support@sweatco.in so we can investigate further.
Regarding the prize draws being a small chance to win, it's indeed correct (like with any other prize draw/raffle/lottery etc) that the chances aren't guaranteed to win a prize every time of course. As a company who needs to stay afloat, we cannot offer unlimited prize draws or rewards to each and every one of our millions of users, so prize draws are a great way of giving away fab rewards sustainably. If you had any other suggestions, feel free to add this to your support feedback message.
Regarding us hoping you will forget to cancel your subscriptions to our subscription offers, and this being a "classic hook", we're not sure what you're referring to here. There are millions of subscription based services out there, and we'd hope that users would read the offer details which always state that if you don't wish to be charged, please just cancel at any time. You can even do this right after redeeming the reward to avoid forgetting.
Lastly, regarding us pushing you to upgrade to our Premium plan, we actually only mention this in one scenario, being if you've walked over 10k steps in a day to notify you that if you're an active walker, you can earn double the sweatcoins with our Premium plan. Again, we are offering a free app to the majority of our users, and giving free rewards and incentivising people to move more. We feel it's fair that we mention our paid offerings, as well as a way to ensure we can continue to deliver Sweatcoin to our users for many more years to come.
Lastly on this, if you see no value to any of our our features in the Sweatcoin app, then we'd encourage you to check out Sweat Wallet, which is our sister app and allows you to earn crypto for your steps which you can do what you wish with (including trading).
If none of this is appealing to you, we totally understand, but just hope you appreciate we are simply trying to reward the world for being more active and try our very best, though not everything is perfect for everyone!

do not trust this deceitful app, no real prizes will be won by walking! it is all just stupid auctions that you will never know you won or not! they promise you money but you’re only 1 out of all of their users in the pool! most likely to win nothing. they will offer you all the good rewards first, but they will be completely IMPOSSIBLE to obtain in the time frame they want you too!! you will not be able to withdraw into visa, paypal, anything, not even gift cards. this app just needs to shut down and take their dumbass “sweat”coins with them,, people are genuinely trying to get some extra passive income and sh!tty apps like this with no purpose always get in the way. i wish people would stop giving money to companies like this. stop believing these false 5 star reviews, these persuasive misleading advertisements and let sweatcoin die like swagbucks did.

I had over 2,500 sweatcoin, I was penalized for changing phones. They claim they cannot operate on Android,they were very unhelpfully. I also did a 100,000 step challenge,this was very hard for me to do being disabled. I completed the challenge thinking I was getting the reward of a £25 Amazon voucher,all I got were excuses about how I could not get the voucher. I'm trying to find a way at the moment to gather all my valued items I have with them to transfer to Crypto so I can close my account. I would not trust them at all.

Please note that we would never penalise a user for changing their phone.
It seems that you've reinstalled the app on a new device and ended up "signing up" therefore creating a new account, rather than "signing in".
In order to fix this, please just uninstall the app and reinstall using the credentials initially used to sign up. If you were struggling to locate these, just send us an email at support@sweatco.in and our support team are ready to help -- note, we can't see any support tickets logged from you.
Regarding not being able to operate on Android, we're not entirely sure what you're referring to here - we operate on most Android devices (and all Android devices which are most widely used).
Regarding £25 Amazon voucher, again, without any support ticket from you or further information, we're not sure what offer you're referring to or why you'd think that you'd won there. If you could send us along screenshots or more information, we'll be happy to again help here.

We're not sure what you're referring to here with regards our app being "fake" or a "scam". Note, Sweatcoin doesn't claim to allow you to cashout any of your sweatcoins - we do, however, reward you for your steps and have tons of amazing rewards in our marketplace for you to use your sweatcoins towards.
Note, if an app is explicitly telling you that you can earn money with them, we'd suggest exercising caution, as these apps are much more likely to be "scams".

Great for the entire family. . Keeps Everyone Active!
I have been using sweatco.in for several years. It keeps me active and moving. I try to outdo my previous week so the weekly score cards are nice to receive to see my previous week in comparison to my current week. My only issue is logging into the sweatcoin wallet because I don't have the activation email anymore so I haven't been able to log into that for a while now.

Customer support is awful. App is buggy..
Customer support is awful. They only send form letters and never solve any problems. Their software and app often doesn't convert steps into sweatcoins. Customer support blames my phone when in reality it's their software. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times. I have rebooted my phone numerous times as they suggested. Their tips are useless. They just blame everything else aside their crappy software and app. It actually used to be good up until about a month or so ago..They close my support tickets because they say they don't have enough information but never state what further information they need. This app is terrible and I'm contacting my Congressman to investigate them since they refuse to give me any customer support or offer to manually credit my account for steps taken. They're cheating me and thousands (based on reviews here and on other sites) out if sweatcoins due their lousy software.
