Just a couple of hours after my review of yesterday, what I complained about no gift card was available on my app for claiming suddenly made a 180 degrees turn and are all now available for my claim.... See more

Used to be a good app but the deals are…
Used to be a good app but the deals are getting worse as time goes on.
You now have to pay gas fees to claim your crypto and the customer service doesn’t exist.
I made a mistake and sent my coins to the wrong person, I’ve emailed Sweatcoin twice, sent them dm’s on twitter and Facebook messages.
All I’ve had is an automated response from their Facebook page.
As somebody who pays for premium, has got other people to join Sweatcoin and has been using their app pretty much since day 1, it’s disappointing that when I need assistance from them they are unreachable.
Good experience so far
I’ve been using Sweatcoin since 2018, pretty much the free version and can’t complain in the past years. It’s been very interesting how Sweatcoin developed in those years.
Adding clubs, challenges is just making way more fun. By going with one of sweat coins challenges I recently have been picked as a winner. It’s so nice to get something for fun.
Would have never thought I would actually win, but there you go. If you want to stay fit and have some encouragement, go for it!

I love walking and being in contact with nature!
I am a biologist and I have been using Sweatcoin since October 20, 2023.
The application was easy to install and configure on the mobile phone, it works very well. Almost every day I walk and record my steps. I like to walk. Sometimes to the office, other times to a natural environment, usually on weekends. I love climbing mountains for my work.
Here the idea is to stay active, improve physical and mental health. This is achieved very well with Sweatcoin, which gives you the initial motivation to make the effort. Then, once motivated and convinced, what remains depends on us, adding our discipline and patience on a regular basis where each day is a goal, a life mission.
This is great with Sweatcoin, the desire to walk and get back to nature!.

Happy User
I've been a user for over four years and have enjoyed the app.
It gives me the motivation to go out and get some steps in when working in the office.

Questionable marketplace ‘Brands’
The app itself is fine, and being able to accumulate coins just for walking is a great idea. The issue I have however, is with the marketplace. The vast majority (if not all!) of the offers with ‘Brands’ are a scam. I have lost money myself when I initially purchased some jewellery that never arrived I contacted the brand directly only to realise I’d been had. As it wasn’t that much I left the matter, and vowed not to be suckered in again.
Yesterday I was looking at the offers again, wondering why so many were for headphones. A little digging later and it quickly became apparent that their websites have hurriedly been made, one had a cafe in France as its business address (hmmmmm!) the other had no address! When you click on shipping info, it’s the returns page duplicated and there were numerous other telltale signs of them being a complete scam. I just wish that Sweatcoin would disassociate themselves from these fake brands, it would make themselves look a lot more credible. As a result of this I don’t feel I can trust Sweatcoin anymore, and will be deleting the app which is a shame for someone who walks for a living!
Products are bad quality
Products are bad quality, the pictures at the website are very different from reality. Reality is that the products are poorly made.

I’ve been using sweatcoin app for almost 3 years now.recently I have won hair dryer from their auction it was amazing 🤩 I received in 2 working days.and often won gift card.
On top of that it help me to walk and be more active in everyday life.
What I like about is any steps you do it will convert to crypto through your wallet. ♥️ ♥️
Really great been with the app 3 years…
Really great been with the app 3 years now and won an auction
My sweatcoin is not displaying in sweat wallet
My sweatcoin is linked to my sweat wallet but it isn't displaying any sweatcoins it's showing me nothing to claim and I should go for a walk to convert my steps into sweatcoin why I'm having over 10,421 steps.

Would give 0 stars but that was not possible
I have been with sweatcoin all the way from the start.
Have been really happy with the experience with the concept etc.
I will skip my story and let you guys know the problem.
As users of sweatcoin and sweatwallet you know that you get "claim" and you can claim free sweatcoins from jars and PoS.
Well first of all you need to pay 1 NEAR as a transaction fee(This was added after a while, from the beginning this claim was free). But now they also added "discount": "100% off" so if you watch an advertise video for a minute wich also gives them revenue. the problem is that you still need to pay the fee. If you have 0 NEAR for example and you watch the video then you will not be able to claim, it says that its free to claim but when you try to it says error.
And they're fine support also literly stating and i quote "Please understand that any transaction costs gas. If you have made a lot of transfers and created a lot of jars, you will eventually run out of NEAR on your pre-funded account and will need to top up!
Please visit one of the major exchanges such as OKX, ByBit, Nexo, FTX, Bitfinex, KuCoin, Binance, or Coinbaseand, and buy 1 NEAR. Make sure to transfer it to your Sweat wallet. "
And
"Hi,
Sorry for the confusion caused please note that watching videos gives you a discount on the $SWEAT fee. However, as Sweat wallet is built on Near blockchain every transaction costs a small Near fee.
Thanks,"
Im just going to quote my response to the support so you get a full update aswell.
"Okay,
I will let all other sweat users know the false claim then for the "100% discount".
I know you wont agree nor deny any of what i am saying but i guess you have the IQ to know what "100% discount" means. It sounds alot like the dropshipping scam "free+shipping" ha ha.
Well been with sweat from the start, can tell you feels kinda dissapointing how it have became but greed is greed and what dont you do for money right.
But i will let sweat users know so they dont watch videos or do tasks for literly nothing. There is alot of groups and forums so np and trust pilot.
Will actually stop using both sweatcoin app and the wallet.
Its not about the value of the fee's, coin value or advertisement videos but its just clearly how sick i am of how no one longer gives anything about the principal for things anymore.
With time everything that is good will turn into greed and show that money is the only thing that will be counting and not the number of users or happy or not happy customers.
Hope your fake-scheme works out good for you guys."
Maybe you think "ohh its just like no money at all as the gas fee" well i am very well aware of that but it seems like company, websites and apps can literly lie and say anything and get away with it now a days and just say that "ohh we say that but we meant this" or "yeah but if you re-phrase it like this bla bla it makes sense".
The only review you have to read here…
The only review you have to read here is Radi Tyanov’s. In its mission statement Sweatcoin calls itself a free app which rewards your daily steps with a new-generation currency you can spend on cool products. And it’s exactly the opposite. So, I have 5,744.99 Sweatcoins and not one single ‘cool product’ to spend it on. Almost every promotion pushed in the marketplace is free (and completely underwhelming), e.g. a one month free trial for Kindle. Also, now that I opened this app after months, they’ve added game ads that you wait through while you check on how many worthless sweatcoins you have gathering dust. Maybe another reviewer was right, Sweatcoin used to be good while it built up membership, but now it’s just a useless advertising app.

Useless app
Just like Radi Tianov's review said, it's relatively pointless. After having the app for about 2 years now, I've gained 2,500 sweatcoins. The things you can buy are either offers that are available anyways, for let's say 10 sweatcoins, or auctions that go for insane prices for example a $20 voucher which sold for 14,000 sweatcoins! Working for 2 or 3 extra hours at a minimum wage job for 1 evening will make you more than this app will make you in years!

Fantastic app
What’s the point?
I simply ask, what is the point of this?
Let me explain, I have had this app for 3 years now as I walk over 12K steps a day on average. I have amounted roughly 6000 Sweat coins during this time. My only question is why am I actually doing it? For what? For who? These 6000 sweat coins have never allowed me to actually buy anything using them. The marketplace offers the same deals day in day out on the market place. The types of deals that the websites of companies offer regardless to you. Things like 50% off “irrelevant item or useless membership to some company you wouldn’t subscribe to in the first place. The only chance to buy something is to bid in one of the daily auctions. To put into perspective the winners of the daily auctions will win something like a toaster for the equivalent of 70000 sweat coins. Now I have no clue at all where these people find all these sweat coins from but to put into measure a relativelyactive person like me would need to use this app for 40-50 years just to win a printer. I have left feedback about the marketplace every day but nobody has acted on it.
Please feel free to ask me anyquestion below
