Incorrect products
I ordered two tins of 77 Wild Woods (VB Edition) for same-day delivery via their website. When the order arrived, I received only one tin, and it was the regular version instead of the VB Edition.
To their credit, customer service was very responsive and immediately arranged a free same-day redelivery to fix the mistake. However, the second delivery was incorrect as well—this time I received Velo Intense Spearmint. They called to apologize for the mix-up, which I appreciated, but the substitute product was way too strong for me and caused a headache.
While the team is polite and quick to respond, the fulfillment process needs serious improvement. I hope they can get their order accuracy sorted out.

We would also appreciate if you could contact us directly regarding the Velo Spearmint product, as we do not sell Velo Spearmint in our store. Can you send us a photo of the can so we can investigate further?

First off, the delivery and service from Swebest is exceptional. That being said, the product itself KLAR isnt that great. I bought 4 cans and two were free but the experience is nothing to write home about. It lacks the kick I was looking for compared to a regular nicopouch. Its counter intuitive. It makes me crave more and thus popping every hour just to maintain the "hit".
