About 5 months ago, my account was closed and they said they would send the amount as a check. Two months later, I went back to the branch and was told the check wouldn't work and that we needed to open a bank account. So, I opened a bank account. It was a long process. On August 6, 2025, I went to the Swedbak branch in Trohlettan to provide new bank account information and was told I didn't have a bank account and no money. They acted like they were kidding me! A fraudulent bank.
