Have bought from Swedish Products to a country in Southeast Asia about every month for the last year or so. Very reliable and predictable.

The guys running this website are great, I've been using them for the past 3 yrs. The orders come fast in the mail, though some orders are stopped by customs in my country, it's nothing that they can control. Good quality snus and a good selection on their website as well.

I read reviews online and it looked like this company had a bad reputation. However, from my experience it was really good. I would recommend here to others. 👍

I’m going to report them at Police for internet fraud plus my bank for the charge. This is a scam do not use this site and the clown behind the gmail will be soon revealed. per.johansson196712 @gmail - you’re stealing money from people online. You’ll have to pay for what you’re doing to people.

WARNING!!! Terrible company. I suspect it's a scam. I ordered products and paid $48US for UPS shipping. They shipped the product via mail instead. I tried to contact them 3 times and they never answer the phone. Their email support took 3 days to contact me and just siad mail is just as fast. It's been 2 weeks and the parcel has been lost in transit. Will never use them again.

I ordered AUD240 of product. It took 3 weeks to ship then stalled in Australian Customs because it was missing a Customs document. Six weeks later, and 3 calls to DHL, I was told that the sender had asked it to be returned to them. I contacted the company but they refused to refund it, saying that I was responsible for fees and charges. Totally outrageous! Then to add insult, I've since been sent a $60 bill for quarantine inspection fees by DHL. Apparently, I need to pay that even though I never received the products I ordered. Stay away from this company. They're a total scam!

Had to horrible experiences with swedishproducts. I purchased from them a while ago and because I'm from Australia, I paid extra for UPS shipping. They sent me the products through postnord, which is at least $30 USD less. I emailed, messaged on whatsapp and "Per Johansson" responded by saying that they've had issues with UPS not delivering properly and they're "looking after their customers". If that's the case, why is UPS an option? Per did not refund the extra $30 for shipping and stopped responding. I then found a better store called white pouches. Recently, white pouches had an issue with their payment method, without any other option, I purchased through swedishproducts again. Yet again, same issue. This time I chose DHL shipping, however, Per sent an email with postnord tracking. Again, I tried contacting Per but with no avail. So if you live close to Sweden or don't mind waiting a month for your shipment, then sure purchase from them. However, anyone that's looking for an alternative store (especially for overseas shipments), go to white pouches.

My order was over 500$ of nicotine pouches. I was missing over 100$ of products with some products expiring in less than a month. I emailed them twice, but no reply.

Ordered product in November, still not delivered and tracking number show goods stuck in transit since Dec 7th.

Company is now refusing to offer a refund and is no longer responding to any emails so forced to do chargeback

Scam company avoid

Would recommend good company but slight flaws with there couir, used UPS as I was buying a 10 pack for my dad, found out the company didn’t declare the package propley, it was declared nicotine instead of tobbaco, long stroy short had my package held for 2 weeks with ups explaining the situation and they wanted $251 Aud out of me, would use again just don’t trust ups or the company’s declartion as I’m out of $95 au

Great, fantastic company.
At first I thought it was some kind of fraud. But my order arrived in the UK from Sweden after four days. I would highly recommend.
