Ordered some sweets on line for my Granddaughter who is at Uni. No problems, got a confirmation email and a couple of days later received an email from Royal Mail saying it would be delivered on the Thurs. This didn't happen, also, not for the next 4 days. I emailed Sweetcandy twice, no reply. I was really frustrated as you can only contact them by email. Then I received a really lovely email apologising for not replying to me and sending me a full refund. Not something I asked for. Then low and behold Royal Mail delivered it the next afternoon. So thank you Sweetcandy for your response and the way it was dealt with, not sure what to say about Royal Mail!

The sweets came super quick
The sweets came super quick. I ordered a 1kg bag of jellies, pink an white chocolate, the xmas mix as well as lots of others. Ypu could choose up to 20. We thoroughly enjoyed them. Great choice, we love the pink chocolate hearts and white choc fish an chips have been added. Will definitely be ordering again.

Sadly, Royal Mail had an issue with the local sorting office which caused the delay, and resulted in the delivery happening on Saturday. Sadly this issue was completely out of our control, but we are really sorry that it happened with your order.
