Europe unworthy
App is completely below all European standards. Chat not working, no personal customer service (phone), refusal to speak Swedish and English in Finland. Lots of mistakes in email conversations. Closing the account was the most difficult. They kept stalling, asking for reconsideration and prove of other bank accounts because there was 0.01€ left on my current account (which they put there because I cleared the account before!). Transfer under €1 not possible so unless you come across with papers you can not close the account. They obviously desperately need people to invest savings there to cover their very questionable loans. I'm glad I tested the whole thing with just 10€. Went somewhere else. Don't engage with this bank (or Ferratum which is the same!).
