Ordered Leoch AGM batteries in August

UPDATE: 10/2025, no resolution, company has no address and is a full scam company based out of WY.
Ordered Leoch AGM batteries in August. Paid in full but company could not deliver them. Asked for refund on September 2nd. Company advised they needed to send the batteries back to process a refund. (though they did not have the batteries). Oct 7th, no reply or update from Sweepersandfloorscrubbers.com, no reply from rep, Matt Parsons (800-563-2303x700). People rarely answer the phone nor returns calls.
