Dog scammers their intro bonus is 20x wager requirement where you have to lose your entire initial balance before it starts. They will give you a bunch of garbage reasons on why they won't pay your withdrawal.

The prepaid card is bull hockey. The only online casino ive been on that does it this way and 100 a day redemption isnt fair. But this is my opinion maybe others love it this way im not use to it at all so I dont like it but the fine print gots me stuck in the casino until I get the money I paid for and earned. So im a tad annoyed but this too shall pass

I didn’t know going into it that if you paid Apple Pay that you would have to cash out via gc so I ended up running it up over a thousand sc and couldn’t cash out but a hundred via gift card bc of the way that I deposited. Needless to say I was pissed and wanted to either make more for my next cash out or nothing ended up losing the thousand

Outside of a banking error during redemption of prizes (Which was corrected very quickly) I will say, among the dozens of other social casinos SweepKing has been a great website. Win or Lose the games and UI are both user friendily. Other sites should take notes

Bonuses are a playthrough scam. Like 25x the bonus amount. Huge redemption fee. They dont have anything any other casino doesn't already do better. But they do pay out fast and the verification process is smooth. But a wager scam is a wager scam and having massive 5% redemption fees is insane.

Thank you, I received my virtual card redemption. However, I received $95 after the fee. Since debit/bank redemption is currently unavailable due to a technical issue, is there an estimated time for when it will be available again? I would prefer to redeem my remaining balance by bank/debit if possible.

I loved playing on platform when I finally was able to redeem. It was a very smooth quick, but it was a disappointment to find out that I could only be redeemed to a prepaid VISA/MASTERCARD which is all great and had been fine if you were to fully understand that the card could only be used for online purchases or in-store purchases, but the fact that I could not even use it to make a purchase on the platform itself when it’s from them .. Was a huge disappointment. Because I didn’t know that or understand that after I made the redemption of 100 minus the five that used for processing the 95 then not available I made an attempt to purchase a coin package on the platform in my account was banned for fraud. I was super confused and after that happened to me, I went and read all the reviews, and I saw that there was a lot of issues with people being banned and I didn’t understand why I had been. It took a while for me to go back-and-forth with sending screenshots and messages with customer service to get to the bottom of it and understand why I was banned for fraud right after my first redemption.. I had no idea that was all because because of my attempt to make purchase with the prepaid card from my redemption.  after I went back-and-forth for several emails for a period of a couple days or a week. I don’t recall anymore. I just gave up basically but then a couple weeks later or so or month. Maybe I don’t remember. I got an email out of nowhere from them telling me they reinstated in my account and kind of apologized about the situation and I played it for a little longer. Really enjoyed it truly never made a purchase because one attempt when you know the way he did and I just didn’t think that I wanted to put money on an account that I can’t actually cash out real money from even though it goes to a prepaid visa Mastercard, whatever it was that doesn’t you know always appeal to people that limits and restrict them to certain purchases I don’t like that, but I continue play because knowing going forward I could make purchases of things I actually need or pay a bill possibly I’m not even sure if I could pay a bill, but I could definitely make purchases. I knew what the situation was at that point, but I still didn’t wanna put real money on it to not have real money back if I won and then all of a sudden they changed their whole daily and I don’t like how they changed it, so unfortunately I no longer play on the platform. I did appreciate that they reinstated my account and that was all made good but it’s unfortunate that in my opinion, I guess they kind of went downhill with the requirements to even get your daily. I would love to return to playing on platform if it was changed for the better again and have reason to give more stars. I would give 5 stars for the variety of games. 4 stars for quick redemption (even know it cost me $5 fee for my $100= $95 instantly to card) 2 stars for the fact you can only make purchases online/in store (NO CASH BACK, No Sending payments to peers on Cash App Venmo PayPal and MOST DEFINITELY NOT ABLE TO MAKE COIN/SC purchases on the platform I comes from. :( 1 star for the new requirements to be eligible for daily SC ( if you read the current policy or information, I guess you should say about your daily. It still indicates that you get free daily. It does not tell you that you have to make purchases in that description portion of their page ) I would gladly point out and show customer service what I’m talking about if they reach out . wording matters! This all results to a three star rating.
