It’s an okay platform - the fact that I deposited more than $20 and did not win even enough to continue paying more than a couple to three minutes per deposit made it a little hard for me to care to try it anymore

Redemption process is much different…
Redemption process is much different than most sites offering the same service. Too much has to be spent to be able to redeem sweeps coins directly to debit card or bank. Most other sites offer this redemption method after first purchase with account verification.

Hi there, and thanks for the review!
The current redemption process is implemented to provide security of client funds and to ensure safe and smooth payouts.
We do not impose different minimal redemption thresholds depending on the redemption method you select, that included bank cards.
We recommend to connect with our Support team. They'll be glad to help you understand the redemption process better.
Everything is great
Everything is great , games, software , welcome package.
Problem is . Any bonus coins from buying a package needs 20x playthrough. By far the worse of all 300+ sweepstakes casinos. And with that. Its impossible to redeem. U would have to win 2,000$ and play through 20x , by that time u will have just about 165$ to redeem. I'm a mathematician.

HI Rambo,
Thanks for your review
We appreciate the feedback about the product overall. It means a lot to us.
Bonus funds are intended to enhance your play experience, rather serve as freely redeemable balance. Unlike your personal funds that are subject to x1 playthrough only.
Which is why the respective x20 wager requirement is applied to binus funds. This is also clearly stated in the existing T&Cs upon registration for all users.
SCAM!!!!!!
I’ve made multiple card purchases, but when I try to redeem it won’t let me says I have to make a card purchase …. Also, I was up about 350 got down to 106 and none of that was counted towards my play through amount …. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

Hello Rachel,
We do not limit our users prize redemptions if all conditions have been met, as well as we do not impose purchase requirement to make a prize redemption.
Any/all wager requirement is calculated in strict accordance and in line with your play activity. If the required wager has been played, funds become available for prize redemption, which is reflected respectively in your account redemption page at the time.
Since we're unable to share sensitive client data and personal information about specific client accounts, we recommend to get in touch with our support team directly to receive clarifications to better understand the play - through, redemption and other platform features.
Randomly limited my account
EDIT: SweepKing promptly increased my limit upon insisting. Review is revised. They’re legit.
I was really enjoying Sweepking for a while. They had fun games and fast payouts. Today, when I went to redeem, I noticed that they had put a monthly limit on my account. I just spent $2,000 on a package and can only redeem $55. This seems extremely unfair, predatory, and anti consumer. I’d like a refund or this limit removed. Be warned of these practices.

The redemption process is ridiculous…
The redemption process is ridiculous and then by the time you get through it , there more loops to jump through to redeem then they let u know after all that, you need 100 sc to cash out. They even make you take a picture of your bank card, never had to do that on any other site like this. Scam

Hi there!
Thank you for sharing your feedback.
We apologize for the frustration caused by the redemption process. The 100 SC minimum and the bank card verification are mandatory security requirements to ensure safe and smooth payouts.
Additionally, we do not collect your card information directly, and verify your payment method only via secure verification process applicable to all users on the platform.
We'll make sure to escalate your feedback on the redemption process to the team to streamline the process as we resume developing for a better experience.

My first impression is that the UI looks great. Looks very professional and polished. Everything from the font type to the colorway is eye-catching. The bonuses available to me weren’t that appealing (buy $x.xx amount and get an extra $3-$4 added to the amount spent). I will definitely revise my review once I spent at least a week playing here or after my first redemption.

RIPOFF!!!
This so called casino is the worst I have played at. Not only do they have a 10x playthrough on bundles and promos, but they cap your bet size while you are playing to try and get there! Absolute scammers! I will be turning them into Bryson Harris Suciu DeMay for their mass arbitration lawsuit. AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS!

Our promotional playthrough requirements, betting limits, and redemption rules are clearly published and apply according to the platform's terms. They are not implemented to prevent legitimate redemptions.
If you believe something on your account did not function as intended, we'd be happy to review it.
Don’t fall for the welcome bonus trap
Don’t fall for the welcome bonus trap, it’s a quick way for them to take your money. Your better off playing on plenty of other websites that have a good bonus offer play through. Better off flushing your money down the toilet. Worst sweepstakes casino I’ve played on.

Dear Jack,
Thanks for your review
Bonus funds, unlike your personal funds purchased that may be freely redeemed after wagering them once, are intended to enhance your gaming experience, rather serve as freely redeemable balance.
This is clearly and publicly stated in the existing T&Cs shared upon registration before engaging in any activity, which is why a x20 wager required is applicable.
We do not withhold user funds are prevent you from claiming your winnings if all applicable rules have been met. If any questions, please get in touch with our Support team.
