A pathetic scam site

A pathetic scam site. Barely any notice was offered when they closed down. There was a chance to claim your balance and transfer it to Ruby Sweeps. but that notice wasn't there for a long time after they shut down. It certainly wasn't emailed to us.

STILL DOING SHADY BUSINESS TACTICS

BEWARE AS THEY ARE DOING PERFORMATIVE BS ONCE AGAIN ON THEIR WAY OUT, REDEMPTION FROM 2/4/25 WAS NEVER PAYED OUT HAD AN ACCOUNT BALANCE OF $58, THEY "RENOVATED" THE SITE AND CAME BACK WITH MY ACCOUNT NEEDING TO RESET PASSWORD ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THEY ZERO'D OUT MY BALANCE AND MY PENDING REDEMPTION OF $100 DISAPPEARED, HOW CONVENIENT THAT AFTER DOING THAT THEY START TO OFFER A "BALANCE TRANSFER" TO ANOTHER CASINO. CROOKS.

They were on then off then on with a cryptocurrency of their own? Now off againm

No redemption despite quick redemption approval. I won late night March 17th 2025. I played a lil off & on until approx 5am March 18th '25 CST at which point I was on a down streak and decided to make my 1st withdrawal attempt at SWEEPSLOTS. My claim was only $100.31 USD; nothing that would hurt an online casino. My info had already been verified B4 my claim so they only needed to check my gameplay and approve the payout , which they did in only a few hours I assumed bcuz it was so early inthe day.
10 bus. days go by which they claimed was the max wait for 1st time redemptions and still nothing. The "ORIGINAL SITE" even posted in their rules &regards. That calling them would help speed up the process. 1st falsehood that they dismissed with the excuse of an unusual # of high payouts recently. (Total b.s.)
30days go by, then 60. I sent multiple emails and phone customer service many times in-between with no results. It was always please be patient then they added excuse #2) they were using a new verification service is. 3rd party and that's why the wait is longer. Then they gave me a conf. # to give my bank like it was there fault that I hadn't received funds. Let me remind anyone reading that this was only a $100 cash out.
By WUTEVER # call my next one was I asked for someone with more "clearance" bcuz the C.S. Reps kept repeating the same script and insisting they didn't have access to anymore info than wut I'd been hearing thusfar. They said the people with that info were on vacation. And didn't have a number any way, that I should keep a lookout in my email... As if I hadn't been doing that already. Next thing I know the site is down for repair.. and when it came back my log in credentials didn't work anymore. I kept messaging them asking them to reinstate my login or at least just complete the cash out that was well overdue and the email BK told me it's ok if you forgot ur PW all you need to do is reset your password .
Now we are in the latter half of June and I still haven't been paid. Never was able to login to the revamped site. I Checked my email for anything from them and I am told they are closing so "hurry up & get ur redemptions B4 it's gone!" I'm sorry what? I rush to the site and now all of a sudden they know my login again. I think yay, this might finally be it. Start the redemption process again and click where they say to start only to find out that they don't want to release the funds to me, but to transfer it to another site (I already have an account with) stating open a "NEW ACCOUNT" @ yadda yadda site and then "BUY" A PACKAGE COSTING ME AN ADDITIONAL $10.00 USD AND MY BALANCE WILL POST TO THE OTHER CASINO SITE IN APROX 2-4 WEEKS I THINK WAS THE ETA.
AT THIS POINT I'M FUMING. THEY ARE CHANGING THE RULES AFTER THE GAME HAS BEEN PLAYED. WHY SHOULD ANYONE HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER CASINO FOR THEIR WINNINGS FROM SWEEPSLOTS. AND NOT CASH BUT AS CREDIT AT THE SISTER SITE.
WHAT A CROCK OF YOU KNOW WHAT! IF I DIDNT WANT THE WORLD TO KNOW SO BADLY ABOUT THESE CON ARTISTS I WOULD BE USING MUCH MORE COLORFUL WORDS TO DESCRIBE THEM. BUT, I DONT WANT MY REVIEW PULLED. THE PUBLIC NEEDS TO KNOW.
GAMBLING IS RISKY ENOUGH
NOBODY SHOULD BE ABLE TO GETAWAY WITH THIS.

Still waiting

I received two different redemtions I was waiting on but the very first one for $100.00 I have never received. I have sent every form of communication they have. I am saddend they are closing the casino because I have never had a problem collecting my money. But the way I have had to wait and all the time I have spent begging for my winnings now is unexcusable. I got word that they will send me the money even though they are closing down. But at this point, I don´t know if I will. Very disappointing. I hope they honor their promise and return my $100.00 that i've waited on FOREVER now. $100.00 may not seem like a lot of money, but it´s still my money I won & I could really use right now.

of course they are going out of business and aren't paying

I told them they would be going out of business and they thought I was wrong lol, well if you don't pay anyone what they win then you should not be allowed to have a site and should be in prison for stealing from people. I have been waiting since April 20th for my redemption that there is now no record of since they completely redid the website and conveniently the history is lost, isn't that nice. Well I don't imagine I will ever see it and the site saying they will pay the redemptions is ridiculous after this long of a wait. If you can't compete with companies that know how to run this business then you should have shut down a long time ago aand should not have wasted time updating the site completely but now I think they did that on purpose so they could erase the history of any redemptions that are still waiting like mine.. If that is true then that is pretty messed up.. A month ago the customer service guy said I was wrong that they weren't going out of business, well I am sorry but I play all the sites and there is no logical way you can continue to run in this business if you simply do not pay out the redemptions, nobody will waste time when there are good sites out there to use.. So still waiting at 40 days since my redemption request and probably never will get it,,,

Their daily spin is a scam. Two different times the wheel has landed on SC rewards but gave only gold coins. I have screenshots to prove it. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE link that I can find. Tried emailing with no response.

I put in for my redemption for 250 dollars over 3 months ago and was still winning over a 100 dollars and now I can't even sign in since they changed their front format it keeps saying invalid credentials,ive sent them emails and gotten no replies nor have I gotten my money!!So the proof is in the pudding so beware cause if ur winning u won't get it nor will u be able to sign in!!

Still a casino full of lies!

Reviewed this casino awhile back. My redemption has still not showed up since 3/8/25 and am now beyond 90 days on their roller coaster ride of lies. Their website has turned into complete garbage, all the information for a player was scraped and now wanting you to reverify your information. Ya, I’m good! At last chat a few weeks back I was told to not worry as they will pay people. My reply was that “I won’t hold my breath!”. Stay away from this horrible casino and do ignore all the fake 5 star reviews here. It’s fine to gamble but not at a 100% RTP loss!

Redemption from feb 4th still not sent

As many of you know they rug pulled and shut down while saying all pending redemptions will be honored, they kept promising site renovations as their reasoning for being down, they are now gone and still have not processed my redemption from 2/4/25, also had about $50 in my account before they fully shut down.

If I could give a negative star rating I would give 100 negative star. This.place went from fun to garbage after there long Maintenance update that they done they went from heaven like a Butler games to imagine a handful of garbage games and you're gonna get daily log in bonuses you get the will and we all know how the wheel goes you'll never get any sweep coins on the wheel . I don't know what happened but the maintenance update I think is there fown fall and don't see them doing to much business. Also before the update my account was fully verified and now they are asking me to verify my account again . My opinion don't waste ya time on this place take ya money else where .

UPDATE DANG NUMBER ALREADY

For those needing support emails it is support sweepslots.com at in between. Not that they are even responding.
Site is so screwed up and still over a month later under going maintenance that had it to where we could get on and collect daily and play. But now it's requesting a verification code from phone. I've had a new number for over a year updated it on site when I received it, yet when it asks for code it's using old number and there is no option to update it ourself. Have sent multiple emails)chat support messages and all have been ignored except one who told me the stupidest solution as they stated to do account verification(ID and selfie) which has been done at least 5 times since started using that never even asks for phone number anywhere on it. Have been emailing and sending chats since 5/27 and yet still no response other then the one that doesn't help whatsoever. Y'ALL CREATED THE SITE TO ONLY ALLOW EDITING OF ADDRESS/PHONE BY Y'ALL YET YOUR COMPLETELY IGNORED ALL REQUEST TO UPDATE IT. It will allow me to purchase which I will not do as long as verification isn't showing as completed as if I was to win I wouldn't be able to withdrawal.

They still havent paid me my withdrawal from Feb 9 2025, they the did a new update. They have paid out in the past but I don't know what happen. They promised I would receive my winnings. But still yet paid me and now it's not even on my account.

Liars and Thieves

All these new reviews are lies. Keep scrolling. We all haven't been paid. I've been waiting since March. They shut down for "maintenance" for a month. Came back and my transaction history and everything was gone. Customer support is the worst and they close your ticket saying you haven't responded when we all clearly have. It's a GIANT SCAM. Take your money elsewhere.
