They do have some pretty decent games but I haven't had any luck here I got one withdrawal out of them bonuses seem to be pretty difficult to trigger and they're hard to contact you have to go by emailing them there I'd no live chat bummer but they do respond back overall it seems like a decent place they could use some more games but my experience there has not been that great overall lack of bonuses and wins plus side they give decent deals on coin packages tho

Today is March 7th and all of a sudden this morning I tried to log into my account and it says that it's been disabled or closed.. So not only did I not Receive my prize redemption my account is Closed... I've been emailed multiple days now In no response...

I just wouldn't recommend playing here! I say that after this being one of my favorite places to play for a very long time .. then for whatever reason everything changed.

They had never had daily coins for you for free but now they say they do but they don't work 1/2 the time.

Every time I try to purchase I get errors and then if they do take my money I have had to wait for it to hit my accont on their site, even though they had it right away.

And worst yet, and most importantly, they have technical issues with their games. You can be on a winning streak when the game has an internal error and you are booted off or have to reload and suddenly (can you believe it!) when you get back on you lose every spin from then on out until all your funds are gone.

Go ahead and write them, your lucky to get a response that is timely and if you think they will do anything in regards to fixing all of the frustrations you have had with payments and technical gaming issues, oh hell no. In fact, most recently they said in an email "you have this many gold coins............umm I wasn't playing gold coins I only play sweeps but hey it might cost them a few bucks to make sweeps right.

I am so sad that this place has simply gone to hell. Surely they could try to get back at least the simple job of respecting their customers? That part I would think would be easy but they respond as if you're absolutely nothing to them and even today I gave them a shot .. because they claimed they were working on things and well they haven't or aren't.

If you want to play just for fun, then have at it, if you expect to win and actually enjoy the experience don't go here.
