Don't trust

They gave me a subscrition even though I only made a one tie order for a sample of cream I have reeached out to them 4 times & they always send the same exact message so its highly likely they use AI to respond and not real people. I wouldn't trust them at all. Had to go to my bank to report fraud charges.

Broken Jar on delivery

I ordered (2) 250mil jars and a lip balm April 10th. They arrived April 14th at 6pm while I was at work. I arrived home around 6:45. Saw my package and brought it inside. I set it on the counter and began to open it. First thing I noticed, there was Fragile handle with care label on the box. Second thing I noticed opening the box was 2 thin layers of paper in the box. One at the bottom of the product and one covering the top of the product. Neither jar was wrapped with bubble wrap. I immediately saw the one of the jars was covered in melted product. I realized the reason for this after I opened that jar. The jar had been dropped and shattered and sent to me like this. I immediately reached out to the company sharing the pictures of the broken jar and asking for help in resolving the issue. This jar was supposed to be a gift for my mother for Mother’s Day. They sent me an email saying they would send me a replacement and to give it a couple days for it ship. April 17th I received the email saying that it had shipped and listed the “tracking number”. I was relieved that my mom would get to experience this amazing product. I threw away the broken jar as agreed upon by all parties involved. I waited and waited for that product. April 25th, I started to wonder where the replacement was and looked up the tracking number. It was bogus. So I contacted them. Spoke to Carlos via email and he said, after clarifying the situation, that he would refer me to a customer service representative. That they would reach out to me soon. Never heard back from them. I’m still waiting and without product. I’ve had to order a magnesium butter from another company. I hope my mom likes this butter because I will never do business with this company again. They lied to me and stole my money. They lack integrity.

Apparently good product, but I don’t like their business practices.

The magnesium butter thing my wife purchased was apparently very good. I don’t know how our original order became a *subscription* though. Yes, you can unsubscribe on the website, but the path is wilfully confusing. Several “opportunities” are presented to change the frequency of your subscription - then a video (I kid you not) reiterating the benefits of subscription. The final step has further options to change subscription with buttons for “Proceed” or “Continue” (?) - to cancel click the one that’s *not highlighted*.
It actually got to the point where it looked dodgy.

Sweet Bee Organics for the Win!!

I first order Sweet Bee organics for the Sweet Sleep Magnesium Butter. I've had it for almost a month now and absolutely love it. I truly feel it has made a difference in my sleep patterns. I was having problems with falling asleep and aching calves. This has helped with both. I've recommended to all of my friends who have the same issues. I've recently ordered the Black Soap Cleanser and am very excited for it to come in. I had an Amazing experience with Lyle in customer service today. I was ordering my pregnant daughter a Sweet Sleep Bundle but needed the unscented butter for her which wasn't offered. I was working with Kyle and once I placed the order he made the change for me so that I could get the correct product for her and still have the bundle pricing. This is top notch! Very kind, considerate and helpful. I highly recommend SweetBee Organics. You won't be disappointed.

Disappointed

Disappointed
I have been using this product for over 8 months. I liked the sacred skin face oil and the glow. But try to get your product. I had to go on a subscription to get it on time but 3X was the case they were out of one of the products. You can only correspond via email and then you wait for a response. Was on line 25 minutes.
I ordered as a gift to my sister-n-law on January 6th. It has not left the facility. When I inquired, I was told they are back ordered and could not give me a date for shipping. THEY ARE STILL BACKORDERED. They don't tell you it is out of stock when you place the order. Why would I give this as a gift if my sister-n-law can't even get a hold of it. I am embarrased. There are other alternatives out there.
I think they are overwhelmed and above their heads.
Going into February now and there is no human to talk to, no phone number & no Product. Its time to call the bank!

Love the magnesium butter

The magnesium butter is awesome! Just a small amount rubbed onto the bottom of my feet and the calves of my legs calm my restless legs down. I love the way it smells and feels. I appreciated being able to buy a sample before purchasing something I had never tried. I just placed my order for a full size jar!
