Amazing experience as first time buyer
Amazing experience as first time buyer! Very quick delivery for uk( london). No more than 5 days delivery time. I also have found Bioscalin half price☺️I highly recommend the product and the company the only problem is that even if they send me extra discount vouchers, like the “recommend a friend” , doesn’t allow me to use them which is very annoying. I would give 3 stars for this inconvenient .

Inferior product received
I noticed that my normal Rosalique product was cheaper on this website so ordered two. The product I received was way inferior to my normal product. It was very thick and chalky and difficult to squeeze out of the tube. It did not cover my rosacea at all, as the texture was completely different. When I tried to relay this in my company review (Feb 2025) the review was rejected as it did not meet ‘company guidelines’. I now have two tubes of concealer that I cannot use. I question whether they are genuine.
UPDATE: following SweetCare reply, I have emailed them with proof of their correspondence to me, following my original review on their website as they state that they cannot find any contact from me. I await a response.
FINAL UPDATE: Having complied with their request to be in touch with photos etc etc and even offering to return the products for their analysis, my case was rejected as I hadn't raised a concern within 14 days of receiving the product. Any product received needs to be tested immediately ie don't wait until your current product has run out. I will not be using this company again.

Total scam
Total scam, worst experience I’ve had buying online. As others experienced too, I placed an order, and only on the delivery’s day I was informed of additional charges. When contacted their customers service, they were adamant that they would not issue a full refund. Obviously, the review on their website is pending their approval. I am of course, disputing their outrageous claims. Rogue retailer, beware.

I live in Florida and I ordered the new Born in Roma Extradose for $133 on Feb 6th. I emailed customer service because I didnt use my €5 coupon. They issued the credit immediately. Ordered shipped on Feb 12th and received February 20th. They had the best price available and great customer service. Will use them again.
