Hi Chris. Sorry to hear that you are not happy but I think that your issue is with Hermes...not ourselves. We use different couriers based on location and weight or parcels and yes...somesimtes they can have issues that are no fault of ours! I can see that you ordered on a Friday evening at 8:11pm and your parcel was dispatched on Monday afternoon. This would be the first chance for us to pick and pack your order fresh as we do not work weekends. You chose the 3-5 working days option for shipping but as the delivery time fell within Jubilee week where there were 2 bank holidays which the courier doesnt class as working days. Your parcel was actually delivered on the Sunday of that week at 21:24pm...which technically does fall within the 3-5 working days that you selected, and shows that Hermes were doing everything they could to make up for the 4 days weekend. I am sure that this is just a slight misunderstanding on your part, but leaving a 3 star review on our profile can really harm businesses such as ourselves. I can also see that within a few hours of you writing this review, your order had arrived...so please feel free to remove this review if you see fit. Many thanks.

Good website and communication with the seller but delivery very slow, i paid for delivery within 3 days but it took a lot longer. Products were tasty but I wouldn't pay for fast delivery again.

Hi Claire. Thanks for the review. We take all feedback gratefully and hear all responses. In relation to your order, it was ordered on a Thursday morning and you paid for 1-2 working days delivery. We dispatched your parcel the next day on Friday. Your parcel was then delivered on Monday afternoon...which is within the 1-2 working days. We do state on our website that delivery time starts when the item is dispatched, not when you place the order. The reason for this is that all our sweets are picked and packed fresh to order. We don't have pre-picked packs of sweets laying around on shelves. I hope this helps you understand why you thought the parcel was delivered late where in fact it was within the 1-2 working days you paid for. We try and make sure we send the parcels our asap...usually next day but in busy times the dispatch time can increase. That all being said, we hope you enjoys the sweets and hope to see you in the orders again soon.

Super Juicy!
Fast delivery as requested. Sweets were super juicy and fresh. Good mixture- something for everyone! Bought for kids party bags, but made sure there was enough left over for my husband and I. Super impressed and will be buying again! Thank you ☺️

Some of the sweets in the larger bag…
Some of the sweets in the larger bag had a funny taste, not sure if it was supposed to taste like it but they didn't taste nice at all was 1 particular kind of sweet in the packet I couldn't really say what one it was supposed to be as it didn't taste like any fruit or anything and it really put me off of them

Hi Alix. So sorry that you didnt appear to enjoy your sweets. We can assure you that all our sweets are fresh when packed, and also double heat sealed at source, so they arrive in the best condition possible. I think this issue may come down to personal taste and that is why we give our customers over 80 options of sweets to choose from. Unfortunately, some sweets are not going to be to everyone's taste, whereas others may love them! It really is very subjective. Its a shame you can't remember which sweet was not to your taste as you could avoid selecting that next time in your custom mix. We hope you decide to try us again in the future.

We only use the best quality pick n mix sweets as we pride ourselves on giving the best choice for our lovely customers. But you are right...there is quite a lot of rubbish out there!

Complained was told weekend doesn't count.
No refund.
Wasn't my first order.

Hi Chris. As we explained in our various emails to you...you appear to be confused as to what you have paid for. We actually do not offer "next day" delivery for any of our products! We never have offered next day delivery.
It doesnt say this anywhere on our website or give that as a shipping option!
It actually states 1-2 "working" days from dispatch, which is what you selected.
You ordered on Thursday evening and it was dispatched the next day. It was then delivered on Monday afternoon, which is within the 1-2 "working" days.
"Working days" is a universal term which means Mon-Fri...the working week! We are sorry that you seem to have misunderstood this term and feel it nessesary to leave a 1 star review, even though you have ordered from us many times before!
**UPDATE - 12 June 2022** Hi Chris, As you have continued to order from us despite leaving a 1 star "not to be recommended" review....would you consider removing this review as a gesture of good will? 1 star reviews can really harm businesses such as ours, and you obviously still like our products as you continue to order from us. Hi Sinead. I'm sorry you feel like the delivery was no quick enough. We do state on our website that your shipping time only begins when your parcel is collected by the courier...not when you place the order!
You ordered on a Monday evening and your sweets were mixed fresh and dispatched on the Wednesday. You had selected 1-2 working days as your shipping option and it was delivered to you on the Friday afternoon the same week, which was within the selected timeframe.
Unfortuately I think you may have misunderstood, or not read the explanation of this that we place on the checkout form, or in our FAQ's.
