Purchased a voucher for a 4day/3night…

Purchased a voucher for a 4day/3night stay in Las Vegas and later found out that I am not eligible to use this voucher as I am a resident of New York State. Several calls and e-mails requesting a refund have gone unanswered over a several month period. Customer service following my purchase is non-existent.

SCAM

Scam offer on what I thought was an air condition unit.
Everything was made to trick the customer.
When called the company it's a voicemail with a shady message.
Bad quality, most likely made in China....

They don't take any responsibility at…

They don't take any responsibility at all, "Customer satisfaction Guarantee" is also nothing. Stay away from them since they don't screen their partner at all. :(
