Customer service.. no reply to emails or messages sent for days! Then when I got a reply they stopped responding. Waited a week and a half for order to arrive, one of the bags of sweets was wrong.. overpriced and the sweets are not as good of quality as advertised. Very disappointing overall. Don't waste your money honestly

My biggest complaint is their customer service. No response to emails. No phone number. I made a mistake on an order noticed it when I got automated response to order. I sent an email straight away but got no response. Delivery arrives today so will be interesting to see what's in it. Meant to get an email on dispatch but only got message from courier.

I ordered a specific order as a gift and received the complete opposite and emailed about this. The excuse was that what I ordered was not in stock so I was given something else. This made no sense as they said I ordered something I didn’t not even I order. When I emailed back about this I did not even get a response.

Sweetking do a super range . We got a corporate order for our team . Bags was Uber full will it’s of favourites !!
Next delivery was a plus too.
Could not recommend highly enough !!

Sweets arent great and the delivery and customer service isn't good either. I wouldn't order from here and alot of others wouldnt now either.

Couldn’t be more happy with service from sweet kings. Got in contact with them to see if they could guarantee me a delivery by Friday and they did a step better ordered yesterday morning and received this morning thanks sweetking.co. Will definitely be back again.

Great taste and what a choice! This is something different not on offer on the high street yet. Something for everyone whether you be vegetarian, vegan or coeliac! And even those ones taste great. All kid young and old enjoy these sweets in our house. Great customer service. They keep you updated all the time. Keep up the good work!

Great quality and great value, honestly there is always a great sale code online etc. Just keep an eye on their socials. We have used them for a stag with branded bags and it's a nice touch! Have tried some similar sweet bags in supervalu etc and they don't taste as fresh.

Amazing Quality Jellies . We have purchased from this company many times and my most recent was the gluten free bag ad it was the fairest price .I also ordered the American mystery box and there was quite alot in it .Would definitely recommend 👌 They have a small shop in marina market too which the kids love going too when we are they as it is so much fun and super colourful .
