Hi Chloe, We don't add tracking numbers to Royal Mail 2nd class delivery's at the moment, only on 24 hour tacked services. We're not sure this warrants a 1 star review that has been quite damaging to our score as we are new on trustpilot. We have reached out to you to inform you that royal mail has informed us that they have attempted delivery twice.

The presentee was very happy with the gift given and mentioned how insanely good the customization is.
Well worth the money, and well worth the literal 5 minutes it takes to order. Will definitely return.
