My experience with Joe Danza and Sweet Paradise Vacation Rentals Gulf Coast did not meet expectations.
The onboarding sounded great, but once things got going, the results didn’t match what was promised. I had an issue where work done to my property led to damage to a wall, and I ultimately had to handle and pay for the fix myself after being told it “needed to be done.” That was frustrating.
Communication and follow-through were inconsistent, and for a management fee north of 18%, I expected a much higher level of care and attention to detail.
If you’re an owner, I’d strongly suggest taking time to understand how different management models work before committing. There are options out there now that aren’t percentage-based, where you pay a flat monthly fee (some around $500) and keep more of your income while still getting solid support and systems in place.
I wish I had explored those options more before making my decision.
