Spot on

Never used this website before, but every year I go looking for Hershey’s Kisses for Christmas. Was amazed how quick these shipped, turned up next day in really nice packaging (sometimes they just get shoved in a Jiffy bag with not much protection, but these were in a nice box). Perfect condition and really good value. Will definitely shop with again.

Sweetpunkz - Customer Satisfaction

Ordered earlier in the week and received it by lunch time on Friday. Quality products and excellent customer service. Grant really cares about the customer journey and customer experience with his brand so puts a lot of effort into packaging and even added something extra in with my order which really made my day. His business is my first choice for variety of goodies at a fair price. Order #101011264

Great selection of sweets

Great selection of sweets, fun flavours I couldn’t get in the supermarket and not overpriced! Very fast delivery too. The packaging was secure and a free sweet was included that was a nice surprise. The only thing I would change was the size of the packaging, a padded envelope would have been enough and the packing peanuts took up a lot of space in my bin and felt very ungreen

We appreciate the feedback regarding the packaging, its how we moved to our current process a while back from similar comments - I do believe we ran out of our smaller packaging box early this week, so apologies on that front, however I can clarify the packaging loosefill we use is a 100% biodegradable (dissolves in water) starch based green solution.
