I recently ordered a 1kg bag of pick & mix. I chased delivery as we were going on holiday next day. SR in customer services apologised for the delay and arranged for delivery to our holiday address - sweets waiting for us when we arrived. Fabulous!

Recently paid for 2 pouches but only one was sent…. Has no response when I sent them a message through their website

Honestly, for £9 per bag, these are not worth it. We used to buy Pick Yo Mix, and they were great in comparison(also disappointed they suggested Sweet Rebel). All the sweets seem to taste the same and not great quality compared to other pick n mix. Very disappointed and won’t be shopping there again.

Disappointed - previously used Pick yo mix for many repeat orders never any issues which I understand has now become part of the Sweet Rebels family. Ordered sweets for my son's birthday, wrong order arrived 70% will not be eaten. Emailed Sweet Rebels, no response. I thought they would at least send the correct order out !

Ordered over a week ago and the wrong address was on the order. Tried to contact to correct this mistake and have heard absolutely nothing back. Apparently the order was returned to sender and has since been delivered, but complete radio silence from Sweet Rebels.

Order came quickly and the sweets were delicious

I haven't received my order. I got an email on the 21st November to say it was despatched. It is now the 30th and I still haven't received it.

Nicely packaged and really fresh sweets! Great mix of sweets too 😋

Well they lasted just over 24 hours, then they're gone...

Sweets are good and delivery was quick. Only problem ordered two different bags, didn’t know which was which as no label on. One bag was a gift so bit disappointed. Did e mail and got a reply within the day. Still a bit disappointed.

AmazIng customer service and the sweets arrived quickly and looked amazing! Covid got me and my grown up sons seemed to enjoy eating MY treat to myself! 🤦🏼‍♀️ I will try again when I get my taste back :)

My order was great and a 1kg bag was scoffed by me in 4 days! Only thing though was the 48h delivery was delayed, but that was probably the couriers fault.

They sent the wrong sweets, I ordered plain mini pencils and they sent fizzy ones meaning all the sweets were smothered in the fizzy sugar, yuk! Ended up binning then, I did email them to let them know but they didn’t bother responding unfortunately so won’t order again

Dangerous tbh, they’re so good and come so quick I could be ordering a bag once a week - great packaging too

I was surprised how fresh the chocolate sweets tasted - delicious - best I had yet.

Ordered the sweets online which was super easy. I then forgot I’d ordered them until they turned up a few days later. Amazing sweets, great prices and super service.
