Paid for express 1-2 day delivery, item arrived after this time. I emailed amd messaged several times before basically being told its not their problem and dispatched day isn't included, so when you pay for the 2 day service, you can forget about it as it won't be delivered til day 3. Not much point paying the extra postage. I asked for a refund, but they dont want to know, says it isnt their problem. I found them to be very unhelpful and the site is misleading when it comes to postage. In my opinion, use other sites that actually provide the postage thst you the customer pay for.
The customer service here is shocking ... AVOID

I have still not received my online order
I placed an online order on 12th february 2023. 4 weeks on and I have still not received it even though I have emailed, completed their online contact form and made several unanswerd phone calls.
Finally managed to get through today to a very nice man called Stuart who called me back to say the original order had been damaged and returned to them by royal mail and a new order is now being dispatched. Thank you

I ordered the Mother's Day balloon and 1kg sweets, with a card. My Mum was overjoyed with it! The ordering was easy, and I was kept up to date with cute emails, as I ordered a week in advance. I will definitely use again. Really impressed.
