They did not deliver the package and will not help track down or contact the delivery company. The customer service is horrible and the delivery company is Asian so you cant read or contact anyone. it took two weeks for the get here and then was never delivered.
Avoid purchasing any of their products. Product I received was broken. They requested a video for proof, which I agreed. Afterwards, they claim a refund will arrive within 7 business days. Been over a month and no refund creditied.
I would like to thank Sweetstoy for their quick response. This is my first time with their product line and I am very pleased with the quality of their toys. I needed a slight adjustment on my last purchase. Their product support responded quickly and took care of my problem immediately. I would like to thank Sweetstoy and I look forward to being a long term customer of theirs.

Order a toy. Showed delivered and never was. On checking the tracking it was returned to originating location. On correspondence with the company they kept telling me to reach out to USPS. The tracking clearly showed it was returned to them. They were less than helpful and when asked for a refund they went dark.
First time I shopped from sweetstoy and I found a good service, very fast shipping and good prices for good quality items.
It does exactly what it advertised to do I've had lots of fun with it plan to buy more stuff

This company states orders will ship within 24hrs - it did not! & I am still waiting to see delivery process. Orders do not show when you search on their site. Email correspondence is poor with really inadequate response considering they sell sex toys - from this company: “We have to say sorry that it has been sent out. We can not stop the shipment. Maybe you can have put it on first and see if it is suitable after you receive the item.The items may be quite suitable for you, to say the least, if you don’t like it, you can give it to your relatives or friends as a gift.“ Please avoid as it seems a fake company & may need investigating.
