Best customer service I ever got from a social casino.

I had made a redemption about two months ago and had completely forgotten about it. I inquired about it and merely stated I needed to provide some updated verification, because what I had provided had expired.

Not only did I get the issue resolved within less than 5 minutes, due to withdrawling my winnings in USDC I got my winnings within SECONDS into my crypto wallet.

Never met any customer service on an online casino like them, probably the only casino I would ever recommend my friends to try out.

Nothing but server error after server error. Literally been like that for 6 months, sent multiple screen shots, multiple times. Always told "everything's good on our end, our server error is your fault" 30 days ago I had enough, closed my account with the message "if I come back in 30 days to these errors, im done for good". Today, 1/30, was first day back and not 5 minutes in. "Server error, please contact support" GUESS WHAT THE RESPONSE WAS!? So I closed my account permantly, 170+ online casinos available, no reason to play at 1 that doesn't work properly
