Everytime I ordered, I always end up coming back as everything is so high quality, packaged and presented nicely and always delivered quickly. I would definitely highly recommend.

Says order dispatched in 24 hours......that's a joke. Took over a week to dispatch mine. Yes may have been a busy time. But still it says it on the website. Makes it deceiving and well a lie.
Sweets are sweets thou.....doesn't matter were you get them they still rot your teeth!

I was not told if closure over Christmas, you say it's posted out in like 24 hours......I think it turned up in 8th or 9th, you shouldn't say fast delivery if it's clearly not

Worst company ever ! no one ever reply’s to emails, shouldn’t be trading no order received money stolen and no customer service. And I noticed they have said maybe junk mail absolute liar company I of course check my junk mail oh and they blocked me on Facebook without a reply to which happy to prove avoid this company at all costs. And there reply is fake they have not made contact and they still have my money

No sign of order, payed extra for 1st class delivery and nothing. Very concerning as I don't seem to be the only one!
Emailed but no response, but send emails every few days wanting you to buy more!
Not order from here! Go somewhere else

Ordered on the 27th December..no notice at all that there could be a delay. Delivery I paid for Is 1-2 days. It's now the 5th jan.. I've sent multiple emails commented on the FB posts. Absolutely no response. Appalling really. I've noticed other people are commenting as they're in the same boat. I'm close to cancelling my order completely..won't be using these people again

Ordered 3 working days ago have had no update from the company on dispatch.. very disapointing. Cant rate higher as yet to recieve any product

Wow just wow bought the oh my gosh bundle as a Xmas gift and it was so big it made 4 gifts. And they are the freshest nicest pick a mix we ever had. 5 stars will deffo order again.

SWEETZY are a bloody EXCELLENT compllany! So to start the order was placed on the 23rd of December 2024 at 6.05am. Prepped packaged and sent out by 10AM same day Then to make matters even sweeter the order was received and delivered by 11am the next morning christmas eve!!!! Second part: Was impressed with the service overall! I have nothing but good things to say about the company I'm highly satisfied bought quite a selection at a more than decent price. I would advise look for the special offers I got what would have amounted to £40 worth of decent sweets or roughly 3.2KG for £17 plus PNP with a voucher made it up to 22 total what a bargain! if you think about it saved a lot here the extra for fast delivery added to the good experience! Oh and the quality of the sweets themselves are tasty, fresh, lime an authentic candy shop sort of look to them! I'd like to add finally the customer service agents who work for sweetzy are FANTASTIC people and answered my email within an hour so yet another reason to be impressed and a regular customer made! I just have to get through it all now! Thanks sweetzy genuine company!! I'd expect to place an order within a few months just in time for spring sales!

Sweets tasted stale hardly chewy more mushy than anything didn’t taste fresh at all. Very disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t buy anything from here again.

Hi I've ordered off sweetzy before never had my items missing until now I've emailed them 3/4 and messenger but just getting the same response we get to within 48 hours now it's been a week now I'm very disappointed with them us some of the missing order was for birthday gifts and now birthday us gone didn't have anything else to give them just hopefully they response to me soon.

Pre ordered the advent calendar as it looked amazing. Unfortunately it was a massive let down. Sweets had all fallen to the bottom of the very badly made calendar and all the bags aren't sealed up? I wasted my money, don't do the same.

Shocking excuse of a company. My husband spent over £60 on two advent calendars. The calendars are completely faulty. The sweets have all fallen to the bottom, so I’ve had two very disappointed children. I can see plenty of other people have had the same issue. You shouldn’t be charging £30 for a faulty product. The sweets also taste cheap and nasty. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Currently have an open case with PayPal asking for a refund. Disgusting customer service. Ordered 2 bags for my boys for Christmas and received nothing. Ordered in November so plenty of time for Christmas delivery now I'm left nearly £50 down and no sweet gifts for my boys. I emailed them twice and had no reply from either email. Terrible at any time but to do this at Christmas is awful. Will never order again and definitely will not recommend them. I can't afford to replace them until paypal have refunded which it looks will be after Christmas now.

I purchased 2 of the Christmas advent calendars this year for my children.

The quality of them are very poor. All the sweets slide down in to other windows, some days are empty due to them falling down because of the poor box quality, meaning they have to put thier hands down to find them.. this has ruined the excitement of this calendar for them. Paying out almost £60 on sweet calendars you expect something much better and well made.
I did email about this issue but the response was quite poor in my opinion and no solution to help my issue, other than they will look at improving next year..

The sweets are fine and I have ordered other sweets from them before which again are fine. But I am not happy about the advent calendars at all. If they were made well the idea of them is brilliant and I definitely would have purchased again next year, but I definitely won’t be after this and after receiving no help to this issue sadly.

Waited for a while for the package to come and as it was meant to be delivered the name and adress fell off the parcel I notified sweetzy and the parcel went all the way back and it was with me in 2 days very pleased with the jars and looking forward to giving the presents out to my brothers

Great offer on 3 for 21.99 1kg sweets however ordered the fudge for 6.99 which ended up being 5 pieces is expensive! nearly £1.50 for a piece of fudge😬

I had placed two orders online one after the other. A couple of days later the second order that I placed but no sign of the first. So I emailed them to just see where the other parcel was or if it was delayed. I had no response so I had to send out another email as what I had got on the first order was a for a birthday gift the next day and if it wasn’t going to turn up I’d need to go and buy something else. Still no response and day after the initial email and 5 days after placing the orders (second one arrive quickly which I do appreciate) I still haven’t had any response or my delivery

If I can give lower i would so much hassle trying to find the missing sweets. Can't even be asked to write the whole thing just no the experience was a load of ball s...t. so will not be coming back thanks for wasting my time dpd r jokers brv. N the company deal with them so fix up your delivery service g
