I ordered a board with next day delivery. The board arrived a few days late and as a last minute gift I no longer needed. I was never send a email confirmation of the order but on the website it states a 10-day return policy. I contacted the team right away requested the return but have not had a response for over a month now.
I've tried emailing multiple times, Facebook messenger, calling, voicemails and no answer or responses from them.

I was nervous about sending my hoverboard to the other end of the country, especially with so many scam repair services out there, but I’m so glad I trusted Hoverboard-pro.
From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The team was super communicative—after I sent over a video of the issue, they quickly quoted for a battery repair, explained the delivery process clearly, and stuck exactly to what was quoted.
I’ve just had my hoverboard returned and it’s as good as new. I’m really happy with the service and hope this review gives you the confidence I wish I had when I first sent mine off.

My children used their Christmas money to buy a hoverboard. Within 5 days of arriving it had switched itself off whilst my child was using it causing them to fall and hurt themselves. I contacted Moss to return the item for a refund, he quoted his terms and conditions - said that it could be returned for a repair but not a refund and said that if no fault were found we would have to pay a fee! He eventually agreed to pay for us to return the item without charge which we did. It came back 3 days later, the same hoverboard with “repaired” on the box. My children took a lot of convincing to use it again, when they did it was fine for a few days but then, just as before, it switched itself off when my daughter was on it causing her to fall badly and hit her head. I contacted Moss on 28th February requesting a refund as the item is clearly faulty and unusable. I am still waiting for a reply. I cannot believe the lack of care and customer service. My children have wasted £200 of their money on something completely unusable and dangerous.
Very quick to get back to me with free advice on how to fix my son's hoverboard. I was able to sort the matter in my own home with a step by step video, saving me time and money. I would definitely recommend this company.

Hoverboard is of high spec and solid manufacturing.
The cart was damaged by no fault of the company. Possible damage in transit due to Xmas rush. Fault was recorded on the companies WhatsApp page and replied within hours. Part was replaced the following day. Can’t fault this company in anyway! Great support. Thank you.
I thought I’d give this company a newer review as some are a little old especially in the run up to Christmas. I’ve just ordered and received a new hoverboard and the company are trustworthy and reliable. Great service with their quick online chat, answered so many questions quickly and politely. Upgraded my cart after purchase with no problems and the hoverboard arrived within 24 hours. So far I can’t fault them!

I originally bought a board from another company, the board stopped working after 3 uses. The company ignored all calls etc, so left me with a faulty board and distraught child.
After speaking on the phone to Hoverboard Pro, they booked an appointment to check it and hopefully repair it for me.
They went far and beyond to send me home with a working board for my grand-daughter.
Nothing was too much. The patience and expertise was second to none. They care about their customers!
I cannot thank them enough and highly recommend this company for their professional friendly service.

My daughter had an issue with her hoverboard. I phoned the store and they told me to video the issue and send via whattsap. Instructions to resolve were sent immediately and the hoverboard back up and running within 10 minutes. Amazing service, thank you so much. Very happy daughter again.

We purchased 2 hoverboards from a seemingly legit website for Christmas presents. (The website later ‘went down’ with no way to contact the suppliers) Christmas Day came and the boards were completely defective, shutting down and one not even moving before it kept shutting down. I rang Hoverboard Pro on Boxing Day and spoke with Moss. After explaining issues decided to send both boards to him at Hoverbord Pro to be looked at and for battery replacements. They were there less than a week and now completely work! The kids love them! Moss has been extremely helpful, responds promptly to messages and always there to help and advise. A very genuine man and company whom I would recommend time and time again to anyone with hoverboard issues. To see my children’s faces as they race about on their hoverboards has been priceless and I give Moss and Hoverboard Pro 5 stars as well as my complete trust should I need them again. I needed an urgent repair on my hoverboard, and they booked me for the following day.
On arrival they adhered to social distancing and masks and manage to repair my son's hoverboard within 5 minutes. They didn't charge me at all for this and showed me how to resolve the issue should it happen again. Highly recommend using there service.
