This is s scam company. Ordered a sup-board, but received message that it was out of stock. They still ignored my request for a refund.

I ordered a paddle board (SUP WALDSTÜRMER 350 cm, ref. SUPFW43A) on August 16, received August 22, 2025.
I exercised my right of withdrawal within the legal time limit (contact on August 28), but customer service pretends not to understand my request.
Despite several reminders, no solution has been proposed.
⚠️ Not very transparent site, no HTTPS certificate, no physical address or social networks.
I strongly advise against this site.

J’ai exercé mon droit de rétractation dans les délais légaux (contact le 28 août), mais le service client fait semblant de ne pas comprendre ma demande.
Malgré plusieurs relances, aucune solution proposée.
⚠️ Site peu transparent, absence de certificat HTTPS, aucune adresse physique ni réseaux sociaux.
Je déconseille fortement ce site.
