I tried the shampoo cap a year or so ago and wasn’t impressed but thought I’d give it another try.
I have trouble leaning forward into the sink to wash my hair and thought this cap would help. I have short hair and, unfortunately, from the minute I put the cap on until I took it off, liquid was leaking really badly. It’s also quite difficult to massage your head through the cap as your fingers just slide all over the cap because it’s wet. It’s done a reasonable enough job of cleaning my hair but after blow drying I feel that there’s residue that has been left behind. All in all, it’s a very expensive product and I won’t purchase again.

Love these wipes, they are big enough to wash my whole body when I can't have a shower and then intimate wipes are gentle enough to use "down there"! Highly recommend and worth the price 10/10

I love that these wipes are large enough to give your whole body a freshen up, they're nice and wet, stay wet even when the pack has been opened. It's great to find a large body wipe that has a fragrance free option as I am so sensitive smell and I know a lot of the chronic illness community are too.

I discovered the wipes during an internet search following surgery which made bathing and showering impracticable. They have proved an excellent alternative, one feels truly clean and fresh after using them. Each wipe is of a generous size, stays moist and is sufficient for a complete 'wash'.

Fined this useful, but would like a little more soap in it, it does freshen me up

I bought the starter set mainly for the shampoo caps but loved everything in there. I bought this as I am having an operation and won't be able to shower or wash my hair, what I have used leaves me feeling clean

These are very handy , if you need. Thorough wash …. Or a refreshing freshen up , they are nice and thick and don’t tare easily so glad I tried them x Thankyou xx K.T

I have a walk in shower at home but after surgery on my foot have been unable to walk over the smallest of steps. The wipes have been an amazing help, wish I had had them in hospital. Will be ordering more soon especially with the music festival season coming soon !

FreshWipes have changed my life.
I have a condition that makes me have allergic reactions. Sometimes I can’t shower because the torture of the itching is too much and it literally brings me to tears. The scratching caused bleeding. I use these so I can be clean. My quality of life has changed for the better. Thank you

The extras definitely won’t go to waste though; my festival-loving daughter will be more than happy to take them off my hands! 😂

The products are genuinely life changing. I have more independence with FreshWipes than I’ve had for quite some time. In addition, customer service is stellar! I was really GPS about buying these as to me this seems so expensive. However, I’m buying them on offer with the 20% discount card. I thought I’d give them a go as sometimes there are days when flareups happen and she was just not possible and using so many baby wipes I thought what’s the harm in just giving these cards to try them out

Well I can safely say that you would actually save money in the long run by buying these alpha baby wipes as you will just use one possibly two of these larger wipes instead of half a pack of baby wipes by the time they all rolled up and ripped apart and tried to get enough moisture out with them

Fresh wipes are worth absolutely every penny and the coconut ones are absolutely leave a fresh smell all day until hopefully you’re feeling a little bit stronger the day after and you can get yourself into the shower again.

I’m sorry I doubted you fresh wipes thinking that these were too expensive when really these are an absolute godsend. Thank you so very much.

We bought a starter pack for my wife who has mobility issues and finds even the shower difficult. The products themselves are wonderful and are just what she needs there is a but though!
The packs are quite difficult to open and the towels difficult to remove particularly if impaired dexterity. I appreciate the necessity to keep the contents moist but this is a definite disadvantage.

The wipes themselves are OK, but this means nothing when customer service is so poor. I paid for next day delivery due to being discharged from hospital after surgery with instructions that I was not allowed to shower for several weeks. Unfortunately the order was sent Royal Mail tracked 48 (their standard free shipping method). Clearly messed up and selected the wrong shipping method for my order, but I was told the delay was "out of their control". Not sure who else selects the shipping method?! I don't think you can blame Royal Mail when you choose the wrong shipping method. The fee I paid for next day delivery was refunded, however I was told this was "goodwill". Perhaps some training is needed to understand what goodwill means because a refund for services not provided is not goodwill, that is an obligation because you didn't provide the service paid for! Goodwill would have been compensating to some degree the extra expense I faced having to purchase more wipes elsewhere to arrive next day when yours didn't. This wouldn't have been an obligation and not expected, but this would have been "goodwill". The fact you refused any goodwill compensation is not what makes me angry, it's the insistence that a refund for services not provided that you would have been obligated to make is somehow "goodwill", and the insistence that the mistake was out of your control. In future just accept when a mistake has happened and simply apologise, and for goodness sake don't call a required refund "goodwill" because that is just an insult. This ridiculous encounter put me right off using fresh wipes anymore.

I got the starter pack absolutely brilliant product feel fresh after use definitely recommend I'm delighted.

My husband uses these. He is a long distance lorry driver. It’s not always easy to get a shower. These are absolutely ideal for him leaving him feeling refreshed. A brilliant idea.

As a disabled person I can’t thank freshwipes enough they are so handy and versatile whether at home or in my caravan. And now the dog Bella is in on the act she rolls over and it’s like she’s at a spa so relaxed enjoying the wipe down. Thankyou so much from Karen and the daft dog Bella

Minor hiccup but totally amazing customer service today, soon rectified. I have ordered these before from another supplier but this time purchased direct from manufacturer. Smell great and favourable size. Handy for overnighters as a freshen up or hospital stays. Like I said minor issue was dealt with promptly and I'm a very satisfied customer. No hesitation to recommend the products/company and they are bringing out new scents and sizes. Lets review the 'moistness' levels but I'm sure they'll live up to their expectations - as before. I used fresh wipes for the first time whilst in hospital following an operation. I found them to be extremely efficient in cleaning when I could not shower.
I must say in this extremely hot weather I put a pack in the fridge and they were wonderful to cool down.
