Extortionate

Called JKelling plumbing at 10am as we had a small leak in a radiator pipe. Arrived at
5pm told us what new to be done to repair job 18ins new plastic pipe, new plastic fitting drain system and add fluid. The repair man checked with his boss for price £380 plus VAT because of the time we felt we had no choice but to go ahead. It took less than an hour to complete the work. When I asked for the bill the price had increased to £489.36 the invoice was from a company called Swift Plumbing , nothing was itemised just labour £407 plus VAT I feel we were taken advantage of due to being pensioners. totally ripped off

Awful company

Awful company. Let me down on several occasions. Then refused to answer phone to me.
Avoid at all costs.

after being let down by several…

after being let down by several company's either not turning up or disinterested over phone called swift it was evening call on fri I had a leak that was causing damage else where so was urgent came out within the hour sorted issue straight away went and got new part and fixed the issue straight away lovely to deal with very friendly nothing was a problem great experience would highly recommend
