If your thinking of going into an iva then think twice, if you receive a windfall or any money they will take it off you. I was made to put in a ppI claim which they took the whole lot of money and im now facing another debt from the company that did the ppI for me, they want there fee. This debt won't go into your iva and swift won't pay it, so im now stressing how im supposed to pay this fee when I didnt receive the claim money and I dont have any money, im disabled and don't work, so thank you swift. They say they help you get out of debt but then proceed to put you in more debt.

Since getting in contact with swift they were very helpful and efficient. I haven't been on the IVA That long, but has been good so far
