I am writing this recommendation to share my positive experience with Swiftly Shutters. From start to finish, I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism and pleasant manner of Danny, who provided clear and informative guidance throughout the process. Danny answered all my questions with patience and explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. I appreciated that he did not pressure me to make a decision, allowing me time to come to a conclusion at my own pace.

The installation process was equally smooth. Billy, the installer, arrived on time and worked diligently and efficiently despite the terrible heat. His pleasant attitude and willingness to answer all my questions patiently made the experience even better. Billy also ensured that everything was cleaned up thoroughly after the installation, which I greatly appreciated.

After many disappointing encounters with various tradespeople in the past, Swiftly Shutters exceeded my expectations and restored my trust in quality service. One particular moment that stood out was Danny’s extra effort to make sure I felt comfortable with every step, reinforcing the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction. I am extremely pleased with the final results and could not praise Swiftly Shutters enough.

Daniel and Team did an amazing job.

Daniel and Michael are the consummate professionals, from the initial visit, measuring up and advice to the eventual fitting of the shutters in the living, kitchen and four bedrooms, clearing away, vacuuming any debris, we’re more than happy and would recommend Swiftly Shutters to anyone, 5 star service.

Used swiftly shutters for our 3 bay windows .we are so pleased with the final look great communication from Daniel and expert fitting from Michael .

Although we had a fair wait for our shutters it was worth it. I’m absolutely thrilled with them. The quality and fitting is superb.

Was so impressed with my bedroom shutters that ordered them for the living room too. They look beautiful and are easy to maintain. Would highly recommend.

We got quotes from three different shutter companies. All were good and I felt confident in all three, but Swiftly Shutter's quote came in considerably cheaper. I felt that despite the cheaper price, Swiftly Shutters matched up to the other two in professionalism and experience, for example explaining the different material options and their pros and cons. With that in mind it made sense to go with the most reasonable quote and I am glad we did - the shutters look fantastic and were all installed in one day (two bay windows, one with doors in the middle and a third, small bay window). Having seen the workmanship involved we are so glad we didn't attempt to do a DIY version of the shutters - for the money you would save on doing it yourself, you would end up spending so much time and (in our case) likely making costly errors so it is well worth getting a professional to do it (unless you are very experienced at DIY).

Looking for three quotes for a large bay window, I chose a local company we used before (they were excellent), a well-known national company, and one at random via a Google search - that was Swiftly Shutters.

Daniel of Swiftly Shutters impressed me with his clear explanation of the product and work that needed to be done, very straightforward - none of the flannel given to me by the national company.

All the companies offered the same type of shutters and the same lead time (12 - 14 weeks). Swiftly Shutters was the cheapest, but the deciding factor was Daniel’s service and that the build would be neater than the suggestions by the other companies.

The shutters were fitted exactly 12-weeks from placing the order. Mike, the fitter arrived on time, kindly took down the existing roller blinds and curtains, and took just over three hours to do the work. On completion everything was cleaned up and all packaging removed.

We are really pleased with the finished product. The room looks bright and airy. Highly recommend Swiftly Shutters.
